“I sent my wife’s car to Smithtown Autobody recently and the minute I walked in i felt at ease when I spoke to the front desk. Then I spoke to Kevin and I discussed the dilemma I was in. The whole process was flawless from start to finish and the body shop is top notch. I had a cracked back panel on my wife’s Subaru forester. They fixed the problem and made the car look like it came out of the showroom.
Also to top it off they not only cleaned the outside of my wife’s car, they also cleaned my wife’s inside as well, and it was super clean which was unexpected but also very gratifying to see, and professional on all levels.

“Brought car in for some front end damage. Gave a detailed estimate right away. Truck repaired quicker than expected and he was able to save me money. Cost ended up being considerably less than the estimate(I’m sure some other places would have charged full estimate). Repairs were made and truck looks great. He even vacuumed the interior. “The service here was incredible every step of the way. I was in my first accident and needed some minor work done on my car. I wasn't looking forward to dealing with insurance companies but they handled everything for me here.
They called the other person's insurance for me and filed the claim, let me know when to drop my car off and it was that easy.
When I got my car back it looked new! I really appreciate how they handled my car, and the interior looked completely detailed as well.

“I had my muffler fixed took it to a couple other mechanic shops but they didn’t want to fix just replace and was a lot more expensive so I drove my car to Master Muffler and brakes they explained me what was wrong with it and what they were going to do to fix gave me a fair price and after around 2 hours later my car muffler was fixed,I appreciate they were willing to fix and not replace cause that would have cost me a lot more money.”

The accident was a sideswipe and smash along the entire drivers side of the car.
