βAwesome overall experience with smithtown auto body, called them late last week, asked for a quarter panel to get repainted dropped it off Monday and was done in two days, much appreciated to them for getting it done fast and very neatly, i will definitely be coming back if i ever have any inconveniences again, very nice staff as well and very helpfulβ

βIt's been a a bit more than a month since repair, and its been excellent ever since. Our new car had few dents on the rear bumper and this auto body shop fixed and polished it perfectly. Aside from that, they also washed the car. Now its like its a brand new one. What I also want to recommend about this shop that this one is very honest and doesn't go straight for a detail replacement, rather they fix it if dents were minor. Also they do not require to leave the car for the time of claim pending, rather car has to be brought only when the shop was selected and the insurance firm has decided. Highly recommend, would use their services again if anything car related happens.β

β100% recommend this place for any auto repair. My car was sadly side swiped by a tractor trailer leaving damage throughout the whole passenger side. Kelly was amazing at communciating with me and helping me work with the third party trucking company to make the payment.
My car looks and feels brand new, scuffs on the drivers side unrelated to this accident were buffed out without request, as well as the inside completely detailed. They even supplied me with extra finishing paint.
I had such a positive experience getting my car restored to new, which was refreshing after the whole negative situation of the accident and dealing with the trucking company.

βI brought my Jeep in with a very severe death wobble and honestly expected to leave with a huge repair bill costing thousands. Instead, the team was honest, knowledgeable, and fixed the issue quickly by diagnosing it as a couple loose steering drag link bolts that just needed tightening. They also took care of an oil change, and my total bill was only $141. It’s rare to find a mechanic shop that is this trustworthy and doesn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs. My Jeep drives great now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend!!!β
βI brought my black 2013 Toyota Tacoma in for an estimate for have the roof and hood painted, Ryan is such a professional he took time to explain how it got sun fadded and how much it would cost, but he went above and beyond showing me how the rest of the truck would look when it was compounded and glazed,he gave me an exact price for the paint job and compound, the truck looks brand new, I am definitely happy with the work and would recommend Thrifty and Ryan to anyone needing his services.β

βI had a pretty good door ding on my car.I reached out to this place and spoke with Greg who had asked me to stop in to take a look.Not only did he tell me he can do it the next day but he was more than fair and honest.I came in waited for the car and had the pleasure of meeting Gina in the office who was just as nice and honest as Greg was.If you ever need collision work or car repair I would suggest giving them a call you will be glad you did and I found a great new place for all my service needs

βAfter a mishap with a deer, my one-year old Porsche Macan needed a new hood and front end. On top of that, the camera and electronics needed serious recalibration - something I was more worried about fixing the body itself. I am so thankful I had David and his team to take care my car.
I was so impressed with the workmanship and professionalism of this shop. First - the work was outstanding. The physical body of the car was restored to perfection. And more impressively, the shop was able to recalibrate my camera (for parking and auto-braking) BETTER THAN THE DEALERSHIP. On the first go at it, Schubert's go it right with the electronics. I cannot say the same about Porsche's service center.
Second - the car came out looking newer than when it went it. The shop needed to work on the exterior - but they detailed my INTERIOR. I am impressed by the attention to detail and thoughtfulness - most businesses do not do this anymore.
And maybe the most important thing to note about this shop - one week after my work was done, a piece of rock salt CHIPPED the brand new paint on my hood. David repainted my hood, no charge. AND DETAILED THE INTERIOR AGAIN.
Thank you David, and your entire team, for helping me. I am grateful for honest and hardworking teams like yours.β
βCamish and the guys over at Hell Bent are the real deal. Ive had my 1950 Mercury for 20 years and no one could figure out the mistakes that were made on my build. βReceived incredible service from G&B multiple times. I've had 3 accidents over the span of a few years and every time I have gone to them they made my car look like nothing ever happened. βI was referred to. Nicks Auto Body, after being hit in the passenger rear door, by the other person's insurance. I admit I was finally unsure as I did not have prior history with Nicks. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of the office and the assurance that all issues with the damage would be addressed. Repairs took just over a week and the results wow, looked like the door had never been hit. I am so pleased and should I ever need a repair again Nicks will be my go to. Highly recommend Lexus ownerβ
