Hands down my favorite boutique and go to spot for unique, fun and trendy pieces. The staff is super sweet and they are always willing to help you style different looks. They have cool accessories, gifts and lots of new items weekly. Every time I wear outfits from F+R, I get tons of compliments. Check it out - I bet you love it as much as I do. ✨

Got a pair of shoes from the back that I liked in my size and took them home. $65. They had already been worn, used, and the leather was torn.. oh well. A lot of the clothes just feels like, Shien or dropshipped. Just wish I had a better experience with the products but it wasn’t great.

I was a frequent shopper here but not anymore. I bought a pair of linen pants and washed them according to the tags instructions. Completely shrunk the pants and can go longer wear them. Reached out to the manager and was told there is nothing they can do about it. Not a refund, not a store credit. Horrible customer service...

Went to buy something for the wife and girls that worked there had an attitude. No help or anknowledgment when we walked in door!
They could not have cared less about the customers! The vibe feels like that they are better than you….

They had a store here in Patchogue village that was always closed. The be right back sign on the door . And when they were open they had no customers ? and when they had the nerve to say it was over safety ? more like our teen girl employees are snotty and scared to talk to strangers ? goo goo not a good way to run a business.

Very disappointed in this store. Somehow I bought something off a regular rack that was final sale. The sales manager was very rude and not very accommodating. Apparently they only have a size small. Would not recommend shopping here. Never mind there’s a poor selection of style sold here
