They don't answer the phone and they have a phone system that goes around in circles and goes nowhere. As soon as they get your insurance, they bill you and if you have to contact them they don't answer the phone. What a shame that people have to put up with this when they are ill or need medical attention. I won't go there anymore or ever recommend OCLI to my friends or family and anyone who recommended that I go here is losing my business also. Total sham. Very very unprofessional.

I don't understand why it takes so long to see the doctor? 9am appt and still waiting at 10am. This happens everything at all of their offices.

Always professional yet friendly. This visit was not as streamlined as usual because they had had a couple of call-ins. But they let people know as soon as they came in that there would be a wait, not something that happens at all doctors offices. Everything still was accomplished in a reasonable timeframe. Now in to the surgery, which I anticipate will be done in the same efficient manner I have come to expect.

I have had caterac surgery preformed by Dr.Anzhelika Vaccaro yesterday. Along with her confidence and positivity I made the right decision to step up to get the surgery done. At first I was very squeamish about the thought of it and I was very skiptical about it all. Wondering if I'd ever be able to see clear again. I've had my reservations. I went through with it because cateracs don't go away on their own, they'll only get worse. They were effecting my vision.
I would definatly recommend her to everyone who might have a doubt about having it done. It was painless. I was in a twilight sleep but awake. I saw all kinds of colors. It was it was like a colideascope happening right before my eye. Actually very Beautiful. No pain. Just a feeling of calmness.
Dr. Vaccaro personally called me the night of my surgery checking on me to asking me how I am and how do I feel. That was an unexpected and pleasant surprise! I slept most of the day,she told me the healing process is faster the more you rest.
When I went for my next day checkup I told her that I can see again!!!! I said,"how soon can you do my left eye? She said sign her up! I can't wait!!!!
Dont have any doubts or fears.
Dr. Vaccaro knows what she's doing. Don't waste tIme. Act now and do the best thing you can for yourself. She and her team are professional. You won't be sorry! You'll be happy.

Dr. Vaccaro and the staff were fantastic, as usual. The visit however was 3 hours (11 am -2 pm). It was a presurgical visit. The tests, consult and scheduling took approximately 45 minutes. The wait time was approximately 2 hours and fifteen minutes. Something must be done to greatly reduce wait time

Made this appointment planning to get new contacts. Was informed I can’t get contacts during my appointment, not before. Also, was on my last pair of contacts (soft lenses). The woman who took me back was nice, but didn’t seem to know what she was doing. I told her I was wearing contacts and the kind. She had me take out my contacts and didn’t even offer to have me wash my hands.. I’ve been going to an eye doctor my whole life, they always made sure hands were washed before touching my literal eyes, so I thought that was weird but ok, maybe this office is just super chill? Then, she gave me hard contact lens solution to put my lenses in. I said out loud - weird, this is super viscous solution, I’ve never seen that before. She chuckled. Ok? Must be fine to use then? I later ask the doctor if it was okay that my lenses were in hard contact solution - she says no your lenses are ruined why would you do that. I did that because that’s what your staff gave me? How was I to have known you’re not supposed to use hard contact lens solution. It’s not like I work for an eye doctor… anyways, probably not coming back here. Wouldn’t recommend. If I didn’t ask the doctor about the lens solution, and put my contact lenses back in, I could have seriously injured my eyes thanks to that team member.

The Best Eye Doctors around!!.. happy to be a patient of theirs.. i wish all medical practices ran as smoothly as they do. They have a no picture policy but what a beautiful and clean office and waiting areas.
