“Was looking for healthy food for my 6 month old Cavachon and heard from a friend about Natural Hounds. I bought the Beef and the Turkey and she loves them both!! She licks the bowl clean every time. The staff is very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend Natural Hounds to anyone looking for healthy human grade food for your fur babies!”

Ryan offered to find the food, bring it to the register and after my purchase, he also brought it out to my car. “I am giving them 4 1/2. Stars !!!!!!!!!! I have been in the store about 20 times since I adopted my Lab puppy in march of 23. Mostly because they have a large variety of dog products, food, bully sticks toys etc. . Their prices are a bit higher or equal to that of the chain stores. But they carry so many items in stock on their shelves it's worth it. Example! My pup is a chewer, loves bully sticks, they have them in all sizes, shapes imaginable including a three foot bully stick. You're lucky if you can find any in the big box stores without ordering on line. I mostly shop in the Selden store, and have been helped by many different employees, all of them have been extremely polite and courteous every time. Never had a problem with any of their employees. Just wanted to mention this because of all the negative reviews on their employees.”

“I adopted Molly from Long Island Feline Adoption Center in January 2023 and Im glad i did and its been nothing but joy and love ever since. Molly is my first cat and I definitely was a bit nervous as I only had dogs previously and I knew the breeds were definitely different. As soon as I arrived at Feline Adoption Center Cheryll took her time to get to know me and my living situation and what I was looking for and matched me with Molly. I came in on a Monday and visited every day that week and went home with Molly that Saturday. Molly is such a sweet, beautiful and well behaved cat. Im so lucky to have her and Im so thankful to Cheryll for matching us Molly is what was missing from my life. Molly is so comfortable in her new home and its only been 5 months and I know that love and joy is only going to continue to grow as I hope she lives a long & happy life. Thank you so much to Cheryll and Long Island Feline Adoption Center!!! You are the BEST!!”
“I used to have a freshwater aquarium and decided to start the hobby again, this time I wanted to try a saltwater aquarium. I saw great reviews at Aqua Hut and I was not disappointed. I met Ryan and he answered all my questions and put me on the right path to start a saltwater aquarium from the tank and stand, down to the filter canisters, salt and sand. He was very patient and gave me the expert advice I needed. I also met Don, who I’m guessing is the owner. A true gentleman and fish connoisseur. My saltwater tank is up and running. There’s so many fish to choose from, both saltwater and freshwater fish. I already added fish to my tank and it’s a beautiful thing. Thank you for all the help guys.”

“Jackie is the smartest and most hard working person there. She helped me get my two new hermit crabs a better situation. She educated me so much and cares about all the animals so so much. For all the people complaining about stuff that happens at this location like service being bad and ect. Take a look at yourself first because you’re probably the problem. Once again, I love this store and I love Jackie.”

“i just bought a tarantula here today and i had such a great experience! a very nice and funny lady, jackie helped me and she was so kind. she helped me get everything i needed and even recommended me many things. she helped me get a vet & helped me choose which food. & she did a spectacular job taking out the tarantula for me which can be very scary her and sam were great workers and they deserve a raise! thank you so much”

“This store is always well stocked, neat, and has whatever I need for my pup. I bring my dog to the Pet Hotel and she appears to be treated lovingly. When she comes home she looks well and they are sad to see her go. The reason I gave it 4 stars is Petsmarts policy as a whole that pitbulls can not be put in play with other dogs. I know this issue is controversial but I won't get into that here. I disagree with the policy but other then that this store has been wonderful all around.”
