Honestly, I'm thinking there's something very not right happening here and I'll explain why.
I've never heard of a pharmacy that repeatedly requiring a customer to get new scripts from a doctor for an script that is still active and has yet to expire and won't for a at least 2 more months for a basic unscheduled allergy medication, still has refills and is less than 4 months old.
I've also never heard of a pharmacy that despite saying the script is no good, will after being pressed on why this is continuing to happen, fill the script for 8 pills to "hold you over" all while the label on that bottle says it still has refills, hasn't expired and that the bottle somehow contains 60 pills despite only containing 8.
I've also never seen a pharmacy that somehow cannot fill a script they've been sent because "they no longer make that medicine" despite both the doctor and every other pharmacy confirming they do make the medicine and actively providing it.
This isn't a single time issue either. This has been happening for over a year. I'm concerned there's something very wrong happening there and have transferred my prescriptions to the local Walgreens.

Do not use Aliton’s Pharmacy. They endangered my life, when delivering my doctors prescribed medication that I have been receiving for over 3 years, I live on oxygen 24/7 and Alice, ( the delivery person for Aliton’s ) would not open the door to help me when I couldn’t breathe, she just pulled away, and left. I have since called the ambulance. Don’t use Aliton’s if you want to live.

The employees and services keep Improving. The goals of a pharmacy and store are greatly met. I recommend Aliton's Pharmacy, because they are truely caring, and trusting, and skilled. Thank you Aliton's.

I have been going to this pharmacy for myself and others for over 20 years. I have always thought they were great until recently. There are 2 technicians that have no problem with flat out lying to your face and saying " they don't have anything for you" and when you call the doctor they tell you it was sent the previous day at 2:30. I've been hung up on and caught them in multiple lies. They are THE MOST judgemental technicians I've ever seen in my life. They judge you by the medications you take instead of treating their customers with respect and dignity. They have no idea what you've been through with your health or your struggle to get better. They make assumptions and then judge you as a person and then decide that you aren't worthy of being treated likebthe paying customer that you are. If it weren't for the customers, they wouldn't have a job yet they act like they would like nothing more than for you to just go away. They will not humble themselves and admit to making a mistake, they would rather tell you a lie. How do you trust a liar? It's pretty important to be able to trust your pharmacy. I've asked to speak to the pharmacist and they lie and tell me he isn't there and apparently the person you make complaints to is the biggest liar of them all. Very bad look for a pharmacy to be able to knowingly lie to your face and act as if it's just perfectly ok. I don't know their names but main liar is the older tall lady w the white hair.

Alton’s is a good pharmacy, but you want to keep in mind they do like to close early. For example if they said they close at 7pm the phones get turned off at least 15/25 minutes early! Also they make you wait a long time. There are two pharmaceutical ken is great Carl is not very friendly… A lot of the staff is not very intelligent… they take their time and still mess up at times. There are other workers that are great, but sometimes the bad o es over do the good ones.

Unprofessional they intentionally lie and fabricate the truth and take medications from one person to give to another I would not recommend them to anyone

Sweetest staff, always willing to help and assist in figuring out any issues with scripts. It pays to be nice to each other. :)

I showed up within minutes of leaving my health care provider, and figured it probably wouldn't be ready , which would have been OK, but I'd try. I got 1:1 service and barely had to wait. IWish I noticed the name of the woman who helped me! Also, they have had medications which the Walgreen's in town has not had.

They could be a lot nicer and explain things more clearly especially when they don't know the answer to something instead of giving an attitude and saying no. My first time was great I was very satisfied but then after that forget it, I went somewhere else

I think they are overextended. Their service has gone down from when I first started w them 2 years ago. One ex us they know ( I just found out )that after a certain amount of refills the ins requires a new script. There have been other issues w them. It should be the job of the pharmacist to look at this especially when they indicate 6 or more refills. Doesn't something pop up on the screen that u can't put too many refills or need ins approval or a new script? Hello over there..someone has to catch like this.On a positive note, the staff has been very friendly & helpful.

You can tell they deal with a lot of mean angry people, but they’re always friendly and helpful to me. They call or text me when my prescriptions are ready, and if I come within 2 weeks of the alert, they’re always ready.

Former customer of Allison every time you go there they do not have your medication they will give you a quarter of it or half of it and never filled the other half will go back 20 times and I’ll tell you if they do not have it then you have to go through the trouble of calling your doctor to get another prescription I will never do business with them again

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They were unable to fill my script but rather than notify me early on in the day, when I can call my doctor's office to reissue my script somewhere else, they never notified me until I called. At that time it was too late for me to make different arrangements on a 3-day holiday weekend and I went into seriously seriously bad withdrawals. Mind you they received the electronic script from my doctor at noon. If they could not fill it they had plenty of time to notify me so I can make different arrangements. if you look them up these people have been fined many times for insurance fraud. I do not trust them one bit. And I have transferred my medications over to Walgreens. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MEDICATIONS!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT SOONER THAN LATER!
