“This is a response to a most recent review by Jessica Jones, referencing our business R&J Auto Body. Jessica you neglected to include some details: This most recent appointment was a re-scheduled appointment, because at the time of your first scheduled appointment, you didn't have the initial (Insurance) monies. Approximately 2-3 hours after you dropped your vehicle off at the shop, again for your re-scheduled appointment, you called to advise that you still didn't have the monies, but that you would TRY to have it by the middle of the month. You could have initiated that conversation on the Wednesday prior, when I called to confirm your appointment. We are not a bank, we have expenses to cover, including your vehicles parts. We get life happens, you're not alone, but paint a true picture. At the time we requested that you come get your vehicle, you were so kind and completely understood our position. Therefore, if you’re going to tell a story, tell the whole story.”

“Dave is awesome very customer friendly and explains everything to you before hand. I received a recommendation to use this bodyshop and I'm glad I did. I would definitely recommend this shop Dave does great work.”
“Really happy with my experience using this shop, I've always heard good things about them but thankfully never needed auto body work done on my car. Unfortunately I was rear ended but Helm's made a crappy situation very easy, seamless and got my car back in perfect shape, couldn't reccomend them more, Dave and everyone else were all very friendly, thank you guys again!”
“Taylor Auto Repair is truly dedicated to helping people! Happen to get a flat tire right in front of their auto shop and I called Taylor. Even though they weren’t open he came out to helped me with my situation. I literally don’t know what I would’ve done without them! Thank you again Taylor!”
“Pulled in while driving through and received the full service… including dog bones delivered to the car. Nice clean restroom and enjoyable short visit with the proprietor.”
“Awesome shop and great people. I've been there with our families' vehicles over the last couple of years and the service is thorough, reliable and reasonably priced. Recommended.”
