At least 75% of the time this atm is not accepting cash deposits. Why can’t they get a new atm thing is old as dirt every time I now need to wast over a hour to go out of town to make a deposit.

We recently opened a business account at Chase Bank Port Jervis. We were assisted by Nadine Paul. She was very helpful and obliging. Our English is not perfect but Nadine was very patient and kind. Thanks to her, we resolved our matter without any problems.

Staff poorly trained, the higher rank staff displayed diva like attitude and was not willing to help the teller or us.

Went to open a bank account and was told we would have to make an appointment. After a couple of minutes, the teller said someone will fit us in and MONIKA brought us over to her cubicle. She was so personable and such a breath of fresh air. She said why make an Appointment when we can take care of it now. We would have had to make a special trip out for it but she made the time for us. She made a tedious task a great experience and had me leaving smiling. She is fantastic at her job and such a delight! She deserves a promotion, not sure to what but she deserves it. Thanks monika!!!
