How I wish the store in Cuddebackville, NY was closer than this one. Port Jervis is small and does not have enough inventory or shelf space. The manager in this store does not care about good customer service at all and will not honor the 100 percent satisfaction guarantee on Clover Valley item. Don’t bother calling the corporate office for any issues because district manager won’t help you either. A huge company on every corner in America and they can’t make good on $3 worth of product.

Helpful and customer service oriented staff: Deryl is THE BEST, a pleasure. I needed a can of compressed air, to clean a non-working old thermostat, to be able to have heat last night. It was late and I didn't want to drive to Newton nor Milford, when they likely don't even have that item! Deryl found 2 cans at THE DOLLAR STORE! AND it worked, i have heat! Thank You.

I needed body powder and they had the best price I could find so I bought it. I like the self checkouts when they are open.

When I arrived I was greeted with a greeting and found everything I was looking for and when I asked for something they very kindly told me where what I was looking for was.

The price of food is low and there are some very good deals for everyday grocery items. There is also a $1 aisle, which is cool, because even Dollsr Tree no longer has these items for $1.00 anymore. Staff is professional and friendly, in my experience. This location is well organized, well stocked, new products out right away. The only thing I do not buy here is home goods, decor, children's toys, things like this. They have very nice things but they are very over priced. The same items would be half the price at Walmart.

The store is hurting to keep inventory on the shelves. It is quite evident. But it seems like they are doing the best they can. I've stopped in a few times and everyone has always been nice to me. It has to be tough always hearing about the lack of inventory. So be easy on them.
