“First Class Collision went above and beyond to save my planned departure date for my vacation. I had two seized bolts on my Ineos Grenadier roof rack. Within a couple of hours they had removed the broken bolts, saved the treaded bracket, painted the scratches I had made during my attempted removal and provided me with new hardware so I could remount the rack. They did a thorough inspection and found a leak in the brake booster along with corrosion on the 12V positive line, issues that could've easily been missed. Turnaround was quick and the pricing was very fair for the level of diagnostic work involved. Got everything fixed and my E36 is running properly again. “I have used detailers all over Westchester but Merlos is by far the best. He is thorough and will clean, compound and graphite wax areas of the car that most people never check. But I do. He gets under the car, inside door jams ans never lease a spec of wax when he is done.

Luis, if I'm spelling his name right, was very helpful and walked me through the process of what needed to be done to fix up the scratch on my rear passenger side. Granted it was a small scratch, but, to give you a sense of the paint job they did, if the car wasn't mine, I wouldn't be able to tell you there was a scratch in the first place afterwards. The paint job was fully realized, and they even washed the car and wiped down the interior. It looked BRAND BRAND new. Highly recommend these guys if you have need of some work done on your car.”
