ExtraSpace in Port Washington, NY is The best storage solution that I’ve ever used. I’m in the middle of a move, and John and Dan were so helpful at every turn, asking all the right questions, giving me options, and being more helpful than anybody that I’ve worked with at any other storage facility. John at Port Washington Extra Space Storage has been fantastic on two separate occasions. First, he made my move-out process smooth and stress-free. Today, he helped me arrange vehicle storage—he’s always a pleasure to speak with, professional, and incredibly helpful. He even coordinated with another facility to handle my storage needs. Right after I hung up, Jeff from Glen Head Extra Space Storage called to welcome me and kindly arranged a spot closer to the entrance. It’s rare to come across such genuinely kind and accommodating people—both John and Jeff went above and beyond.
