It used to be a decent car wash, but it’s getting worse. Now it feels like they just spray some water, give it a quick scrub, and that’s it. I think I’ll look for another place.

Poorly run operation. Takes a Ridley long time to get a car waged. Last 2 times were an hour. Staff apathetic. Better options nearby.

You guys didn’t clean anything. Still got bird droppings on my window, sunscreen stains ln my seats, and debris on the floor. Dont waste your money. The place on Port Blvd is better

No respect, let a white guy cut line in front of me as Asian woman without telling me what happened. staff are not well trained to stop this unfair situation happened, they should refuse this white guy for this totally unacceptable action!

Used to be very good, not sure what happened. The rag is after one swipe on the rim in the parking lot next to the car wash after I had left. Waited about an hour for this.

Says it’s a hand wash, spoke to the person as I picked my wash and said “definitely no brushes” which I was told “absolutely, it’s a hand wash”
Then I see them using a brush on the car until I yell out for them to stop. I’m told it’s fine with a “calm down” hands gesture.
Car comes out through, and on inspection there are huge new brush mark scratches on fresh black paint (car had paint work done two months ago and this is the first wash)
When I pointed it out, the person said “hold on” then walked away. Saw him a few minutes later washing another car and ignoring me. Then I was honked at by another staff member to move my car.
Needless to say, worst $20 for a “VIP Experience” I’ve ever paid for.

Long wait over 30 mins due to demands from snow previous week. Incomplete wash. Missing step after the foam has been applied. Hand wiped down and one side was rushed through without thoroughly cleaned.

Great place for a quick and cheap wash. I have airbag suspensions and it went great. The process is easy. Very nice staff and washes. Definitely will be returning back.

Very very very slow wash takes more than an hour to get a wash. Workers are great ! But seems like the owners don’t want to pay for more guys . . Seriously thinking of canceling the subscription. Actually this is my last month .

Boy has this car wash gone down hill. My husband got an express detail. The car did look good but they broke off a trim piece due to carelessness and he had to wait while they replaced it. Today I went for a car wash. My car is immaculate. Or should I say was. I told them no brushes. They used brushes. My car came out with a major deep scratch on the drivers side passenger door and banged up on the mirror. They would do nothing and were wise guys. They damaged my perfect car and they knew it! I wanted at least my money back for the wash but noooo. Go at your own risk. They used to be great but no more. Cheats. And careless. And they do not care!

I had a messy accident in the back of my SUV and Mr. Suds did a fantastic job detailing my car. It looks and smells brand new! I highly recommend. Be clear to the employees of exactly what you want and they will get the job done. Thanks!
