Moved here summer of ‘23, found a local drop off spot, was happy I did at first. After about a few visits I noticed that I wasn’t welcomed there, the Indian lady in the front that looks like a witch with very messy hair is not very welcoming to say the least. She’s very abrupt and very rude at times, basically makes you feel belittled. With every move and gesture she makes it a huge favor to you that she’s assisting you.I stopped going there because I couldn’t take the attitude and the feeling that I’m being done a HUGE favor with her there.Very uneasy place to be in.Found another local spot where people greet you with a smile and are very attentive ! Oh and btw, they also say “thank you” and “have a good day” when you leave !!STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO FEEL MISERABLE !!A picture attached is supposedly how it looked like when they just opened, happy & good looking people, how in the world did it come down to this !!!

Had to ship a package today and needed a card and box. Lovely young woman working there was very helpful. She went through the pricing of different carriers to find the best affordable way to ship and helped me pack. This is my second time using pw mailroom and it was a pleasant experience each time.

I have been using this mailroom for quite a few years. For the past four or five years there is a young lady named Ashley who has been so kind and so helpful. I greatly appreciate that, and she is the reason that I choose to use this mailroom quite often. I have places that are closer to my house, but I like to use this mailroom specifically because of this young lady who is always respectful and accommodating.

One star is generous. My recent visit to PW Mailroom was a disheartening encounter marked by deceptive practices and a bewildering atmosphere that left much to be desired. It felt as though the establishment might be concealing other off-the-books operations. The most glaring issue was their deceptive advertising. Despite portraying themselves as a comprehensive shipping solution, PW Mailroom refused to offer basic international shipment stamps, instead coercing customers into opting for an overpriced $90 express shipping service. This bait-and-switch maneuver reeked of exploitation and revealed a stark absence of transparency.Furthermore, the pricing was shockingly high, especially considering the unjustifiable $4 charge for a disposable envelope. Such an expense should have been far more reasonable. On top of this, their unyielding policies exacerbated the frustration; they disallowed hand-written FedEx labels and denied customers the use of their business FedEx account numbers for Ground Shipments—both highly inconvenient practices. The overall atmosphere in the store was chaotic, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. Blaring techno music added to the disarray, and the staff, appearing disinterested and uninformed, further soured the experience. My attempts to discuss these issues were met with unhelpfulness and dismissiveness, leaving me feeling disregarded and undervalued as a customer. To sum it up, my visit to PW Mailroom was marred by deceitful advertising, exorbitant pricing, and inconsistent, unfriendly policies. I strongly caution potential customers to weigh these concerns carefully before selecting PW Mailroom for their shipping needs, as the reality falls far short of the promises made.Anyone else locally run into these issues?

if i could give zero stars i would. i paid $70 for each fingerprint card, and purchased 3 of them. the young man that was working there gave me the ink pad, told me to ink my fingers and how to roll my own fingers on the card. idaho, oregon and california board of nursing ALL rejected my fingerprints because they were "insufficient." when i called, the manager said "oh it's easy, you just roll your finger." well clearly it isn't easy because they were rejected. she isn't offering me my money back, even with a receipt. TERRIBLE place and way overpriced, you're paying them to do the work. totally unprofessional.
