He had helped my mom buy her home years ago and I knew that he was the right person to contact. He helped us navigate talking to our top floor tenant which was still occupying the apartment and put the house on the market. We kept getting 2-4 showings each week for about a month before we finally got a good offer on the house. Walter helped us negotiate a good price on the house and it went into contract. Now it was about waiting for the tenant to finally move out. When she did, we were ready to close.
