“I mailed a package when I visited from out of town. I lost my paper receipt with tracking and needed the tracking to prove delivery. The staff told me exactly what was needed for the supervisor to be able to locate the number and, when the supervisor returned, they provided the number within an hour. Polite and gracious though it was all my mistake. Wish this was my local office.”

“Just want to give a Thank You! To the UPS store (especially Scott!) on Shore Rd. They’re always so patient and kind - I go in there at least 2x a week between business and personal - and there is never a time I’m in there that they aren’t friendly and fast - all while putting up with all of us and our crazy returns.”
