“It was quite a drive to get to the location, I was hoping it would have great service, and it did. I had a great experience… I saw a associates helping other with a few obstacles. They were able to help me scan and package a return.The associate helped me checkout, grab some tape and candy.The location has everything you need, computer, package tapes, labels, birthday, get well and other cards, it had all the packing essentials and very well laid out.I won’t dread going here, as I know they have everything needed, located by a mall, so ample parking and easy access to get back to the highway.”

“This FedEx Office is AMAZING - they have saved my a** now on two occassions. The staff is great, they are knowledgeable, and incredibly nice - also, it's clear that they care about their customers. (Parking near them is an issue, however, going to this FedEx location is worth the parking hassle -- and as long as you are willing to walk a block or two, you can always find parking behind them, off Queens Boulevard.)”
