I just switched from Verizon to T-Mobile, and It couldn't have gone smoother thanks to José Calderon. Although I live in Minnesota, Jose did the whole transition electronically and sent me a new iPhone overnight. I’d give 6 stars if I could!

I have been a customer of this T Mobile store for years and they always have awesome service. Had a great recent experience at the store with Manager AJ and Associate Jose as they helped my parents switch over their lines from another carrier. Both took great care and even researched for an additional promotion that got my parents some extra money.

I recommend the Port Washington T-Mobile store. The management and staff are very helpful, knowledgeable about their products and take time with the customers.

Never ever use this store. They deliberately and deceptively padded the T-Mobile bill with extra lines and equipment. They told me things were complimentary that weren't really complementary. It took T-Mobile two months to straighten out the deceptions of this store.

This is the worst T-Mobile store, because they are independent. T-Mobile in Roslyn is much better because it is owned by the corporation. The people at this store only care about commission and don't care about putting in the effort to satisfy the customer. We returned the home internet, and on the side of this, they tried to sell us some promotional devices that they said were "free". However, we found out they never completed the return and still charge us for the home internet, as well as they are charging us for the "free" tablet that they gave us. Do not trust them. T mobile is a great company, but people like them are the ones that give it a bad name.

I brought my tmobile Internet device to them to return to tmobile, they harassed me, gave me a super hard time and then initiated the return. They clearly did not want to do any extra work I bought a case for phone to be polite for their time. Now I find out they initiated the return with a receipt but never returned it and tmobile is charging me for their fraudulent dealings. What kind of place does this? They are not to be trusted I am so angry, and will continue with this until it is settled.

Terrance and his team were on point in helping us replace 3 tablets for our field techs. Very proffesional and with some good laughs. This is the reason why we do all our buisness with this store.

I went in with a cracked phone front and back and wanted to see if I had any upgrades they told me I had to pay off my phone or just wait and get it fixed. They told me I didn’t have Apple care and said to go down the street to IFIXSCREENS and gave us a coupon. The peoople at ifixscreens are just horrible they charged us $454 and I’ve had to get the screen replaced 4 times in the last 2 weeks. They broke my power button and ruined the hardware on my phone. Come to find out by going to a corporate T-Mobile I did have Apple care and this all could have been avoided.

I went in just to ask some questions and the T-Mobile Rep Dominique was very helpful & informative i ended up joining T-Mobile and getting a home internet!! The new team is amaaaazing they really care about their customers

Just went to the store at about 3:55 PM, the sign says open till 5 o’clock, there was a woman inside who refused to open the door to even talk to us about why she would not see us try to support the local store but made impossible and terrible customer service
