This is an awesome camera store! They helped me finally get my hands on a coveted Fujifilm camera I’ve been searching for. I really appreciate their customer service, every time I called to check in on if any units had arrived they were always very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend shopping here!

Had a very positive experience here, randomly called in to see if they had a camera I was looking for they were able to hold it aside for to me to go in and make sure it was there to picked up! The process was smooth and I had a great conversation in store, 10/10 would go back.

No idea why this store only has a rating of 3.0. It’s not that big of a store, but it provides very insane customer service. My friend helped me order a Fuji camera from here, while all other stores told me there is long waitlist，I can't believe someone would leave a bad review for this store.

These people are thieves! I wish I had read other people's feedback before ordering my camera from them through Amazon! Because the camera was not as expected, I returned it with the same condition and everything initially inside it. I was told this camera was a free return. However, there was $200 deducted from my refund with no notice at all. It was ridiculous. I reached out to the seller and hoped he could charge less of what the restock fee called for. He told me the restock fee was because I didn't return the manual and warranty card. I was shocked because the package I received never contained a manual or warranty card. When first looking at the camera, I was forced to download the manual online and register the warranty card from the website. I thought it was normal and at the time, I didn’t realize I had received a USED camera. I told him there was absolutely NO reason for me to keep the manual or warranty card since the camera was returned. But no matter what I said, this seller still used this unbelievable excuse of not getting back a nonexistent manual and warranty card to steal my money. He should be ashamed of himself! Has he ever wondered how he would feel if the same scenario happened to him? Do NOT buy anything from this company! They do not have any integrity! They will go behind your backs and steal your money. And read the other people’s reviews too!

Ben who I think owns the company is a crook. Please do not buy from the company. I purchased an Olympus tg-7 camera.before it was released and did not want to deal with a third party seller as they are horrible to deal with.The camera read sold by modern electronics anyway .I did not want the camera and sent it back unopened. I felt that my iPhone took much better than this camera. I own the tg-6 and only use it to take underwater pictures. When the company received the camera, I was told that the serial number didn't match the camera's serial number. I want to come over to get the camera back, but BEN told me that I needed to now pay for a new return label which cost me 15 dollars, and a a green label for him to sign to assure that he received the camera. I called Ben the day after. And was told that the camera was sent back to me. I found out the camera was lost by ups. I have never had an any problem like this before. Since the end of October I had calked BEN A few times with no resolve. I also calked Amazon to know what was going on.I started calling 2 months ago and I was getting nowhere. Today I spoke to the Amazon Supervisor Sharon and finally received a refund within 2hours. Sometimes persistence pays off. I have been a member of Amazon since 2002, and will always stay as a member. Pleas DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! This is only my opinion, and the consumer can make their own decision. Marc
