“Best nutrition store I've ever been to by far. Had a great experience today with the new store manager, Wes. I came in looking for creatine, protein, and a good multivitamin, and he took the time to ask about my goals. I told him I wanted to build muscle and start a healthier supplement routine, and he gave me some really helpful recommendations.
He showed me German creatine by BodyTech (buy one, get one half off), BodyTech 100% Whey Protein Isolate, and the Thrive 50+ multivitamin, clearly explaining what each product contains and how they could help me. I never felt pressured — he just took the time to educate me on the benefits and answer my questions.
I also ended up getting fish oil and CoQ10 after learning more about their benefits. The customer service was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. I even joined their free loyalty program, which gives points that turn into coupons.

“I've been a regular at this Vitamin Shoppe, and overall, it's one of the better supplement stores around. The store is always well-organized, brightly lit, and clean, which makes for a pleasant shopping experience. My only gripe is the recurring issue with stock on the Isopure glass bottled drinks in the lemonade flavor. I like to buy them by the dozen, but they’re rarely available in-store in those quantities. Ordering online isn’t much better — inventory doesn’t always match up, and there’s a $6 surcharge that makes it less appealing.
Despite that, it’s a great location with top-tier customer service. Hopefully, they can improve the in-store availability of certain popular items.”

“I have been going here for 20+ years and the staff have always been nice and friendly. The store has lots of vegan products which makes life easier. The restaurant has plenty of tasty food. I brought a friend here once and she noticed that even the customers seem nicer here. It’s not as crowded as other food stores and there’s not much pushing etc.”
“Practically brand new, fresh, and attractive. It's filled with all the old goodies that we need to buy that we can't get at a supermarket sometimes. It's in a good location and if you looking for HBA, and important personal items for hygiene, this is the place to go. Too bad there aren't more of them. Yes the prices are high but prices are high everywhere and supermarkets tend to even be higher and you got to stay away from drugstores because their prices are astronomical. The environment is clean and the workers are very nice. It's worth the trip.”

The employee who rang me up was an outgoing guy named Leon, who was really friendly. Out of all the GNC stores I've visited, this store felt brand new and fully stocked. I go to the gym often, and Leon helped me find the right pre-workout and multivitamins for my regimen.
