“After having a terrible experience with another (not local) dealership to get a fender bender fixed on my CX-5 I went over to Rick Bokman to see if they could help me. The staff was friendly and very helpful! Aside from the parts that were back ordered taking a while, which is obviously not something that they could help, they were quick about getting my car fixed and keeping my informed on the time frame of the parts. “I was there today to get a new tire put on and they couldn't figure out what tire I needed. I told them the year, make and model of my vehicle along with the tire size. Then she says What kind of tires do you need? I couldn't help but laugh a little and I said Well I don't know. Then she gets mad and starts having attitude over it. I said I've been here before and got two new tires and everything was good. She tried finding me in the computer to see what tires I needed and couldn't find me. Then she said she would have to order them and it would take up to two days. I decided I needed it done sooner. After I left I wondered why she offered to order the tire if she didn't know what tire I needed. I'll probably go back there because they do a good job but good grief they need someone who knows what they're doing ?”
