The overnight guy is cool, but they constantly have issues with their payment system and stuff. They have paper signs all over the windows and credit card reader. It's such a ghetto. It's embarrassing to even go into this place.

Very shocking experience at this location. Both the manager Becky and her right hand Stacy are atrocious, if you are looking for a pleasant experience full of customer service DO NOT go to 7/11 at least not this location. Upon asking a simple question I was screamed at and berated, when I say I visit this store nearly every day it isn't an exaggeration and anytime I come in contact with either of these employees it is an absolute nightmare that unfortunately you just have to deal with and get over because the only way to let anyone know there was a problem is to call the 1-800 number on the door so the representative on the phone can give you 100 points on your 7 rewards account... PITIFUL!!

Ridiculous excuse for a convince store, they employ people who couldn't spell customer service if they were looking at a dictionary. To make matters worse you can't even get in touch with a REAL manager or owner to settle the matter just the one who gets irate and makes up their own policies.

To the bulldog working nights that thinks it's appropriate to talk to people the way she does.You seriously need to learn something about customer service and treating people with some sort of decency.You have no respect for the people who walk into that store, as customers or humans.I don't know who hurt you, but maybe seek counseling instead of taking it out on customers and fellow employees.To the manager,It's pretty clear the Stewart's opening up down the street will be taking most of you business. You have the power to implement rules and regulations on how customers are treated, but if anything you encourage the continued disrespect by standing by and doing nothing about your rude and borderline abusive employees. I hope that the issue is addressed and dealt with appropriately, but knowing the history of disrespect towards customers, and employees, being ignored by management I don't have high hopes.Edit:Would like to add that it's been almost a week that I left my contact info for the manager to call me and she's too busy outside smoking cigarettes playing on her phone to take the time to address customer complaints. Like I said before, management is just ignoring complaints and not making an effort to right anything.You allow your employees to talk to people like they're trash and then wonder why people have nothing good to say about that store.

Card readers at pump aren't working. Gotta go inside to pay. Go inside to pay there are 15 people in line. People buying lottery, cashier putting down blinds.. waited in line 5 minutes and left
