I would like to recognize an employee for outstanding customer service at the Potsdam, NY AT&T location. Her name is Nancy M. I walked into the store to transfer my service from Cricket Wireless to AT&T. My experience with Nancy was all positive. I must have been at the store for an hour and most of it was her cheerfully going over all the plans, options, and the answers to all my questions. Very knowledgeable! I felt confident in the plan she helped me choose, and left feeling very good about my experience at AT&T.

I had an amazing experience at this store today! Nancy helped me out and was so helpful and kind. She helped me switch my phone plan and is saving my family so much money. If you go definitely request Nancy she was amazing! Great store great service!

Continuously positive experiences with the staff at this location through the years, most recently with Nancy, who spent a significant amount of time getting a refurbished phone working for our kiddo - all the while being both professional and transparent (how often do you get both?). Great experiences with Nick and others here as well!

Nick W was a very knowledgeable, competent and polite associate. He listened to what I wanted and presented me with options. He did an excellent job explaining the fees and charges for a phone upgrade. He also recommended needed accessories along with the benefits/purpose of each one. He was thorough, but not pushy. He had a great demeanor throughout the sale and set-up of the new phone. I would highly recommend dealing with Nick W.

So many thanks to Nick Wilke. I am never disappointed when I go there. Nick is very knowledgeable. I never feel rushed. For so many different reasons I appreciate him. I feel like a valued customer when I am there. That is a rare feeling these days. He is a gem. AT&T is very lucky to have him.
