Most of the time you have a hard time finding a cashier at one of the registers. They make you go through the self checkout and when you're handicapped and you're disabled it is very difficult to take care of your own merchandise. They should have at least two registers open with people manning them most of the day .
that make it you make it really difficult for the senior citizens to shop

Most ridiculous place I have shopped. If an employee doesn't like you then dont bother shopping here. "People" will follow you around aisle to aisle for no reason other than to harass people. It's sketchy and you never can tell the difference between the security following you or if it's an actual predator. Do better Walmart!!

Potsdam store sucks last 2 times I was there saw people stealing both times first Tim two women pushed a cart full of stuff out without paying told the employees they did nothing second time saw women drive up to outdoor goods and man gets out loads car with bags of mulch or something piled outside then they drove off then I have to wait in line to cash myself out while you pay people to stand around I will shop elsewhere to get the service I'm paying for
