“Monday into Tuesday overnight, The overnight clerk (mark? im so bad with my memoir these day) helped me in a very stressful and sad time with circumstance out of my control. Humility, compassion, empathy. You think these things are a given in hospitality but this often only comes with a wallet. THANK YOU! you guys have a real gem there. Treat him as such.”

“This place is a GEM! Main desk staff are real friendly. Renovations are terrific.. something you'd see in mid-level hotels. Easy walk to Market St and right near Clarkson. Beds are super comfortable, HVAC works great (no musty or weird smells), bedroom & bathroom are well-lit and very clean (built in nightlight in bathroom.. thk u!). Housekeeping staff keep the rooms in great condition. Breakfast is budget but decent!! Coffee maker in rooms but coffee & tea also available at main level. I usually stay at Hilton hotels, but I'm really glad I stayed here instead of Hampton down the road. I'll be coming back to stay at this hotel.”
