Do not go here. The manager is a terrible person. He will not look out for any of his customers, very rude behavior, and just odd things happen here. Reading the reviews on this place, i can already see the aggression from the owner from other peoples reviews. "46 years" and nothing to show obviously.

I went there on a Saturday evening. I pre-booked an appointment and had just flew in from California. This was the first apartment building I went to check out.The owner was angry, literally angry at me when I told him that I will be checking a few other places. He did not think twice before shouting at me. He was just rude. Their prices are fine but I cannot imagine talking to that loud and obnoxious owner again, considering that I would have to eventually talk to him sometime if I lived there.

I stayed at 125 Maple street 2nd floor for 2 semesters while attending Clarkson.Overall the apartment is overpriced and low quality. The apartment is generallydirty and cheaply maintained. The main lights in the rooms are florecent tubelighting which isn't nice. The landlord lives downstairs and has never beenpleasent to deal with. He is always frustraited and has no professional attitudewhat so ever. Any question you have is dealt with with a "why would you be askingthat? " attitude and when it comes to anything he is required to do for housing codes etc. he acts as though you are forcing him to do something that isn't fair. If you stay here during the winter it often takes a day or two to get the driveway plowed. In the spring the driveway becomes a mud pit you have to negotiate to get out of. There is a twice a year (spring and fall) lady bug infestation, in the fall it is literally hundreds and hundreds of lady bugs in your apartment. You don't have control of the heat, as in there is no thermastat upstairs and in the winter he puts up storm windows that you can't open so you have no control whatsoever of air flow. And if you decide to use the stove you're going to raise the temperature of the apartment to about 100 degrees. The ONLY positive thing about this apartment is that it is directly across the street from Clarkson, and as a student that has been really nice paying less than 1/2 the money than to live on campus and still be close enough to walk 7 to 12 minutes to get to class. That's it though, everything else about the apartment is terrible. If you do decide to stay here though, and the furniture isn't exactly what you want, you can ask if they have anything different in stock. But I would NOT recommend living here for other reasons as well.UPDATE: its been 5 months now and I haven't gotten any security deposit back, after leaving the place spotless. I called (many times) to ask about it and he either hangs up, without saying anything or doesn't answer at all. the landlord is a thief that takes advantage of college kids who move out of the area and can't pursue him legally after they leave.STAY AWAY and spread the word so others don't end up there
