I moved so I've had to switch kinney. I didn't even get a call or a text message notifying me that my medication was filled and ready for pickup. Though it's a further Drive I may just have to either go to the other one in Potsdam or go back to Canton

Have never had issues getting meds filled in a timely manner. Staff are nice. But the new AI phone thingy is absolutely atrocious. It makes what used to be a simple phone call about ten times longer. Really wish there was an extension number I could dial to avoid the AI altogether.

Awesome people work in the pharmacy! Stopped by and was immediately greeted with great smiles and kindness. So friendly, helpful, and professional. You can tell they really care.
