I frequent here a lot. Several times a week usually. There was one rude employee (An older woman but not the one that takes the bus) who quizzed me about my ID and was very unpleasant. Most employees at the store know me. I am 27. Granted I look young but that doesn't mean I should be treated differently. The standard should be to scan the ID and if your system doesn't pick it up as counterfeit, proceed with the purchase. The whole point of said system is to take guess work out of the hands of employees.

I love their services. Their blood pressure checking machine is also free. You have the best employees especially those that are on duty this afternoon, the way they attended to me when I returned a package even without receipt they were able to figure it out when I provided them with the day of purchase. I sincerely appreciate.

Wish I could give zero stars. Pharmacy staff is terrible, rude, insensitive. Extremely disappointed in the “employee owned” business. Really has gone down hill over the last couple years. Zero customer service and staff would rather have a full conversation than help you waiting at the counter.

Terrible service trying to get a perscription filled, they had it two hours and when i went to pick up they needed half hour more.

So much more dedicated than previous pharmacy. Corey at kinneys drugs always goes above and beyond to find the answer and solve your situation. They always make you feel welcomed and not a bother. They have prescriptions ready when they say they will instead of going in 2 or3 times and waiting for your scripts. Thank you forall you do.

This store allowed my sister in law to sign to sign as Parent/Legal guardian for my daughter. SHE IS NEITHER PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIANWe did not want our daughter to be administered Covid vacation but allowed this and the entire family contracted Covid days later. Upon telling them this they informed us she would not be allowed to receive second shot. We asked for all documentation signed they refused to provide it said there corporate lawyers would be contact haven’t heard a thing since August. Police report was made and were told there was nothing they can do. Kinneys failed to protect my child I fill prescriptions at a different my daughter was in system and should have known to check and or verify Legal documents as to who my child’s parent or legal guardian was

Each time my husband and sons go to Kinney to pick up a prescription, they are struck by the fact that there is only one pharmacist on duty at a time. The pharmacists are attempting to fill prescriptions, answer questions, answer the telephone, vaccinate people, etc. It seems to that there should be more pharmacists on duty and available. I do not use Kinney, but instead use a mail order service (Wegmans) that is generally more efficient than going into the store. So, hire at least one additional pharmacist for this store!

They don't fill all the medications in house so it may take several days. I went 3 days without my blood pressure meds. Katie and Ashley are very RUDE. They don't care about the customers. Heard Katie running a customer down to Ashley in front of other customers. Terrible customer service.

For some reason this pharmacy has trouble with having Scripps ready on time they don’t want to call and let you know when Scripps are filled their complete attitude there has changed if I can switch to another pharmacy easy I would . This pharmacy is coldhearted and lacks compassion

Called the pharmacy on Monday to get my generic prescription on Tuesday, was told it couldn't be filled until Wednesday, came in on Wednesday at the stated time and was told it would be another half hour. Came in a half hour later and the man who took my insurance on Monday apparently put it into the system wrong. Another half hour of waiting to try and get that right. Pharmacists were curt and could be heard speaking in the back about forgetting scripts, (including mine) wanting to cry, hating this job ect. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Your shelves are well stocked but with an agenda... keep them searching. Cookies to the right of me, cookies to the left, batteries here and batteries there. You get my drift. It is manipulating and coercive and I don't appreciate it. Plus you are very expensive. Don't shop here unless you have extra time and cash.

Takes a day or two to get prescriptions most of the time as they always have to order things. Very frustrating. I've received poor customer service in the pharmacy 2-3 times as well. Have had to make repetitive trips for one prescription. Always a hassle. Highly recommend going elsewhere.
