I reached out via fb messenger to see if they had an item in stock and they did, I wasn't able to make it there as it is not super close to me but they put the item behind the counter to hold for me until the person closer by was able to go pick it up for me. Wonderful service!! My boys are starting baseball and the gentleman took the time to find the best cleats that worked for them and explained how you find the right bat. Very nice and personable and even told my youngest where to find great videos about the titanic!
