Anything more than 1 star is a fake review!! I have not received my complete order after 7 weeks. SEVEN WEEKS!! I ordered 3 pairs of tights and skate covers. Can't you just grab that off the shelves?! This is a scam off a company. AVOID AT ALL COST!!Edit: It won't let me reply to your response. I don't have any tights nor do I have an email regarding replacement. Can you email me proof of this? I have a receipt where the tights are circled but no extra information.

Product and delivery was as expected timely. Seller is responsive to inquiries in timely manner. My experience was straight forward and not rude. Only reason a 4 was because the tracking system used (SHOP) did not give updates or track actual progress.

The owner Cassie is extremely unprofessional at handling customer service. I ordered a couple of items a month ago and she did not give me a heads up about it, with a cryptic email “order sent for production.” If an item is in stock it is assumed to be ready for shipment. I ask why she did not let me know and she said that Mondor is a production company and that 2-4 weeks is normal for processing time and they are still in the window. If this is the case why mark it in stock? Just say it is out of stock and would need 2-4 weeks of processing? What's so hard to understand here. She did not even offer to give me an ETA of arrival. One of the items she said it happened to be out of stock and she also didn't give me any notice. Her replies are very rude and direct as mentioned by others. After she argued with me she refunded the last item I was waiting for out of nowhere. Expect one liners after weeks of buying the items. Bottom line, don’t buy anything here to avoid dealing with her poor character.

The owner, Cassie is extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered skates for my daughter back in April, knowing that the skates were going to be back ordered. After a week past the warehouse delivery date went by, I contacted the owner to check on my order just to have her say, This is the expected date, it’s been moved back and this email is an inconvenience to her ( me, contacting her after spending 250.00 and over two months and still no product). Cassie could’ve easily responded in a professional way before I made contact to her that the delivery date had been pushed back again. Extremely rude and very disappointing and I recommend going through a different store.

Well I haven’t received my order on time but it’s not the problem the problem is the owner Cassie Laurence her freaking attitude the way she responds by answering THANKS putting all in capital letters like she’s bothered to answer. The message was very polite when i only ask would you mind to provide the tracking # and instead of sending it she goes check the spam it might be there . So u she can reply a whole sentence instead just a tracking #? Anyways order still not delivered it’s late on time and the owner is a terrible very rude unprofessional annoying . Never buying anything from here again. If it was 0 I would give -3

I ordered laces and a spinner from Northern Ice and Dance, and they arrived promptly! Because the spinner would take an extra week, the owner communicated the delay with me and decided to ship the laces first. That was a really nice gesture! The spinner ended up still arriving "on time" anyhow based on standard shipping estimates. The items also came beautifully packaged. I would highly recommend this shop for any skating accessory needs!

I paid an extra $9 for express 2 day shipping. It’s been a week and it still hasn’t arrived. I contacted them asking for a refund for the shipping cost since i shouldn’t have to pay extra for 2 day shipping if i’m not going to get it in 2 days. All she said was:HiI can’t control what happens at the post office.Thanks!CassieThey took no responsibility for my package being extremely late and made no effort to solve the issue.

Made excuses for not keeping in touch with me about the 4 week wait on a product. Took no accountability. Even if ordering was out of their control. No apology, no level of customer service. They don't deserve to have business. They are rude and unprofessional. Back to Amazon, who don't seem to have any issues with stocking....

My bf ordered me some pic skates for some off ice skating and I needed new insoles so I asked if I could add some insoles to my order. They said it was no problem. When I received my skates I was having trouble assembling them so I messaged Cassie through Facebook and she responded immediately (as always) and helped me through the process and my questions. After that it was pretty easy to install. I highly recommend this shop!

What a great store! I have 2 young kids in figure skating which i know very little about. My son has wide feet and finding boys skates proved to be tricky. Northern Ice and Dance ordered skates for us that where comparable to his skill level and previous skates. She was able to assess the kind of skates he needed through just a couple text pictures.She was also patient with my crazy children and my bank car issues that delayed our transaction. We will def shop there again for any future skating needs.
