The store is a gem. I love the Heidelberg Bread and the Montreal Bagels. Yesterday I bought a jar of Brooklyn Delhi Cashew Butter Masala Simmer Sauce, and heated it with paneer, coconut milk, spinach, kale, and I served it over basmati rice. A truly warming meal.

The Potsdam Food Co-op has come a long way since its beginning as a Buying Club in 1972. As a consumer cooperative, The Potsdam Co-op exists for the benefit of the people who use it.
