“Let's cut to the chase... these guys don't screw around. Whenever I have an issue with a UPS package, it's further up the food chain, and not the fault of the Potsdam center. My drivers are consistently awesome. They plastic wrap my parcels when it's raining and they treat everything gently.For a while, I had a subscription for a once a quarter alcohol delivery, which requires a signature from someone over 21. UPS would actually ring my doorbell in an attempt to make the delivery. If you mainly deal with FedEx, you might be saying to yourself "they actually do that? They try to make contact?" Yes, yes they do.John, I see you rocking those killer shades.”
