I was refused service here because “you’re from out of town you’re not from here”. For context I’m Australian and have an accent.
I suggest you take your $$$ and spend them at JC Liquors and Wines around the corner. In all my history of reviews on this app all across the globe, I can’t remember as humiliating and dreadful experience as this one. Hell would have to freeze over before I set one foot into this store again.

Ive only turned 21 recently and this was only 1 of 3 liqour stores I've gone in but so far its the best the variety of liqours and wine just left me mind blown. They are very well organized and pointed out where each category of products were located in the store making it very easy to find the drinks I was looking for.

First time in the area and visited this liquor store. The 2 gentlemen there were extremely nice. We were looking for a specific kind of vodka, and they knew exactly what to suggest. Went back because I needed some boxes and they were soooooo nice. Gave me as many as I needed and helped me take them to the car. The store was well kept, neat and clean. A great selection also. I highly recommend this store.

We went here to buy alcohol for a family event and not only do they have reasonable prices but they give discounts if you buy multiple bottles. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were buying red and white wine and were not wine drinkers, and the sales staff gave multiple suggestions. Overall, I spent way more than I had anticipated.

A vast selection of both popular and obscure brands of every kind of spirit and wine there is, all at reasonable prices! Whenever I'm in Potsdam and running low on booze at home, I relish the chance to walk around such a clean and well-stocked shop. It takes me a minute just to peruse the shelves and decided what to buy! The staff are respectful and knowledgeable, and I have never had a bad experience. A highly recommended stop for all your drinking needs (except beer, of course)!
