## Tim Hortons: Donut DisappointmentLet's just say my Tim Hortons experience was a bit like finding out the Canadian tuxedo wasn't actually a fashion statement. Craving a taste of Canadian goodness while on a business trip in upstate New York, I pulled into a Tim Hortons that was part of a gas station. Fueled by hype, I grabbed a donut...and then promptly wished I hadn't.Maybe it was the gas station location, but these donuts were a far cry from the legendary treats I'd heard about. They were just...meh. Dare I say, Dunkin Donuts might have been a better bet (and that's coming from someone who usually avoids the whole donut chain scene).**Bottom Line:** If you're looking for a life-changing donut experience, Tim Hortons might not be your Timbit of tea (see what I did there?). Maybe next time I'll stick to poutine for my Canadian fix.

I went in three times for a sugar free vanilla latte within the past few weeks. I used to have a 5 star review on here for the place because it was good coffee at a good price. I've since deleted it. Each time I've ordered a hot drink recently the coffee was badly burned. Twice I dumped it out on the ground after driving away. Once I choked it down as best as I could, but it was some of the worst coffee I've ever had. It was different workers making it, so I believe the issue is systemic, not individual.

Food is absolutely delicious, the inside is beautiful and welcoming, but I just wish the staff were more friendly lol. They're all so quiet and seem like zombies some day.

Thought donuts the other day and the cake donuts were hard and the cinnamon rolls were nothing to write home about either. Think I'm done with buying donuts there. Guess I will go to dunkin' donuts instead. The person that waited on me was very friendly. Just bad donuts.

Gave a 4 basically on the products. Each store seems to be managed differently. By that I mean some better than others.Parking: All I can say there is plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Any time I've seen children there never seen any problems.

I ordered a peach refresher and they made it with sink water. It was warm because it melted the ice. It also had floaters in it. This Tim Hortons is not great.

For those who read this; never go to a Parkway Express for food or drinks. Tim Hortons should do better brand quality control because their shops in these places are horrible.I used to work there so you can take this as a spiteful get-back or a genuine warning. But I can guarantee any health department that watches those cameras would be dumbfounded and this place wouldn't be serving food or drinks anymore.Nobody times the food there except me, and it was still hard to do as 1 person trying to make sure the food was timed right with others not caring and helping get food prepped. You'll find grey in your eggs which means they're vastly outdated to which the manager is fine with. When I deep cleaned the food station the first time there was mold all under it.If they run out of bacon they'll microwave it for; not ideal for health or the quality of a $4 sandwich.I've seen people try and use outdated meat when I was there. I've had customers complain the lattes we gave them were "chunky" and there was indeed milk chunks in it.Overall it's very unsanitary, and I wouldn't recommend it. In fact their health inspection score drops every year.Running into drinks, people will drop cups on the ground and re-use them for YOUR drinks. They'll re-use stir spoons, which may not be a problem for you. But when you're mixing decaf with caffeinated coffee I feel that's a bit of an issue. If you're wondering about the staffing situation, you'll have a mediocre experience most of the time.If you're considering working here I wouldn't, the staff will be nice then push all the work onto anyone new who doesn't know the dynamic yet. Which means if you're ordering your drink or food is probably not correct or correctly made.Customers will scream at you and every level of management will laugh at you with them. They will not defend their employees from customers even if they're being belligerent.I've witnessed district managers and the owner snickering about how people call out and how they should suck it up and get to work. When the person who had called out that day was throwing up at home; not someone you'd want around food.If that doesn't bother you, they will at every cut and turn try to cut your pay. They'll refuse you the vacation and sick time they pretend to offer. The best worker I've seen here quit because after a year of great work they denied her a vacation while other workers were taking them left and right. They have a ton of small hidden policies you won't be warned about that will cut your pay or deny you extra pay. Such as holiday pay, if you're sick the day before or after, the days you work even if the next day you work is 3 days later it counts; if you do call in sick you won't get the pay while others around you doing the same work will.I'd also keep your pay stubs because you'll feel like your pay is light and a little too consistent. That's because they will try and steal your wages, it's an issue multiple employees have noted on. I for one worked a month without being paid the correct rate with no back pay because the owner "Just hasn't gotten around to signing it" which is absolute bullshit to put it bluntly.Sexual Harassment runs so thick here and it's so wild. I've never worked somewhere where any level of harassment is taken lightly. But I've seen men grab women here, comment on their bodies; and nothing being done about it. I've confronted these people multiple times and then I'd get talked to.I mean they hired someone with multiple felonies, then promoted him to supervisor; then were surprised to hear about a ton of sexual misconduct and theft. I personally, wasn't too surprised like most of the staff. This is the kind of company you're funding when you buy here. They'll refute all these statement because why wouldn't they. But if you've been here; you'll know there's concrete basis for all

I ordered an X-Large double double an Avacodo toast and two hash browns. The hash brown were cold and as hard as cardboard, the coffee was three quarters full!!! First time ever! The toast was bearable.

Absolutely horrible I pity the three young girls working this afternoon I went in was talking to one of them about my order and another young girl was waiting to ask how to make my drink and he starting making all kinds of comments swearing and being really degrading toward these young women . He is an older guy long disgusting hair all over and he was making food . I will not place orders there after this if he is working and I will make sure that I let people know how they treat their employees. NOT EXCEPTABLE AMD WONDER WHY THEY R ALWAYS HIRING .

Great place for a morning bite and fresh coffee. Food was freshly prepared and was tasty. One drawback would be that it took time to get the food order. One guy preparing the hot food one by one for all orders. So it was fresh, but slow…

This place had quite a few people waiting, like most Tim Hortons, but I didn't have to wait long. The vanilla iced latte was great here too.
