Took an early morning yoga class and the instructor was great. Atmosphere was nice as well. Potsdam needs more places like this! Will be going again in the future.

just got a massage from Clara. would recommend for sure - very thorough, if it had gone on much longer i might have fallen asleep, lol. hope to come back sooner than later.

Love this space and the people who gather here. The yoga room is bright, beautiful, peaceful and the community yoga is a great offering for all to taste test yoga and get hooked. I invite you to get hooked!
