Looking for certain Japanese whiskey that I had acquired there before but could not find. Asked a blonde man that was stocking shelves for help just for him to seem to be bothered and very dismissive. Due to this one employee who was being a smug prick, I will take my business elsewhere. Cashier was extremely nice.

Stopped by Arlington Wine and Liquor today with my husband. While there we met Danny and Akki. Danny was exceptionally knowledgeable on spirits and Akki was one of the most helpful liquor store employees we’ve ever come across. With Danny’s help we were able to select the perfect Father’s Day gift and my father was overwhelmed with joy. Thank you so much Arlington Wine and Liquor can’t wait to visit again!

Arlington Wine & Liquor was the best, while Bob & Valerie were the owners. Once they sold the business customer service went with them. No one says hello when you enter, no one offers to help you, or even thanks you for your business!! Unless Joe is there. He is the ONLY good thing left! Very sad. We had been customers for over 30yrs. Now we shop at Viscount in Wappingers Falls. Same or lower prices, friendly service & they ALWAYS offer help you to your car.
I’ve added a picture of how my 4- 750 bottles of wine was packed. 3 in one bag, not doubled. 1 in one bag… Should have at least did 2 & 2!!!

I was SO disappointed! NOT the store it used to be! Shelves were not stocked. I had to ask for wine and they only brought out what I requested, not anything extra for the shelves. Prices are NOT the same as what is on their website. In some instances, their wine coupon is what brought the prices down to match the website.

Nice big store, clean and organized. Professional staff. The staff will gladly help you find what you're looking for. Also when I asked for opinions on wines they provided recommendations.
