My local moving experience with Arnoff Moving and Storage was excellent! My movers, Rob and William, were on time, polite, and genuinely took care wrapping and handling my furniture. They were skilled at disassembling and reassembling some of my furniture pieces. I was moving into a townhome with multiple flights of stairs and I had some heavy pieces. Rob and William transferred all of my furniture with no damage to the furniture or walls. They even moved some things around when I asked them to. I considered my move to be very smooth, and Arnoff Moving and Storage has my highest recommendation!

There are so many nightmare stories you hear about moving companies with items lost and broken and then added costs for overages, not arriving on time etc etc. Arnoff moving company is none of the above. They arrived on time, took fantastic care of all our belongings and delivered everything in perfect condition and even placed everything where we wanted them within the rooms. This is the second time we have hired Arnoff movers and if we need to move again we wouldn’t even think of using anyone else, they are professional and the reasonable fees make them a five star company.

From estimate to delivery top-notch service. highly recommend. We moved heavy tool boxes and furniture from Hudson Valley in New York to Minneapolis, Minnesota. Rob & Bill packed up the stuff from our home to Alfonso with Bayshore movers who delivered it to Minneapolis. Everyone was fantastic ! everything was wrapped strapped in delivered in a very reasonable time. Great communication.

The movers only moved my furniture. I told them everything goes and they said we don’t touch small stuff. Just furniture. They only spent an hour and a half moving me. It was after they left that I went back to my old apartment and realized they didn’t move anything and broke stuff on top of it. My opinion of Arnoff has completely change. Four years ago I swore by them. Something changed! Very disappointed. Not worth the money!

We needed a place to send large house items (e.g., bed frames, bureau, etc) while we were traveling. Arnoff handled this very professionally. We were notified promptly when items arrived and deliveries went smoothly.

Easy to schedule, great helpful and flexible staff. The moving staff were super fast and efficient. Everything was great. The fact that they provide storage until we need our stuff is extra helpful too.
