Woman I spoke to on the phone was rude and unprofessional. Once I said when my contract is up I’m leaving AT&T she hung up. All I’m trying to do is locate a phone they told me would be here days ago.

Service was quick and professional. Cynthia knew her stuff and had me in and out of store very quickly, despite drama occurring in the store with another customer.

No words that I can say could express
The disappointment and bull that I was given plus phone didn't work for a week
Had to spend 1.5 hours on the phone with tech assistance in order for the phone to work and then get a $400.00

Came in for an upgrade I wanted to trade in my s22 for the new one, I worked with Frantz and he was super knowledgeable and friendly, I ended up getting a free watch with the phone, very happy

The store representative was very patient and professional. I came in with a phone that was run over by a car, and he was very instrumental in helping me upgrade and keeping the cost low.

New employee. Dismissed her previous client by talking over him. Greeted me and my son aggressively. Treated us aggressively. We were making a standard return of an unopened phone we had a change of heart about. This is a normal transaction which I can confirm and so can anyone by going on AT&T's website. They even suggest going to a store to take care of it. Employee was actively on a group video chat with two other employees mumbling how they were going to "close and lock the door at 6pm. I don't even care." Store is open till 8pm according to online so I don't know what went wrong there but it came out in how they handled themselves next. They did not introduce themselves or even try. I tried to make conversation but they were still in such a sour mood over their last interaction that they legit looked down into their phone and said, "You hear this, you hear what I'm dealing with?"
To which I said, "I hope they can hear, you are being very intense, can we start again?"
They continued to level up their intensity and I could tell they just couldn't manage whatever was going wrong for them that day. We left rather than deal with the unnecessary intensity. From what I could tell the employee was stressed and ditched by fellow employees.
I wasted a lot of time pushing through traffic just to have a face to face interaction only to go home and end up handling things on the phone with a remote call center. My son was with me and even at 16 thought the person's behavior was wrong, intense and rude.

I am very happy that there is a Spanish speaking worker at this location. I would like to thank this one specific worker she’s amazing in her work . The manager Dareen is very helpful and Deanna is another amazing worker. Good working crew.

Always a bad experience every time I go to pay at that location. They don't know what they are doing. They should train their employees more.

Terrible customer service all around the time. Rep went on a one hour break and I couldn’t even pick up my order. Then when I called about it, she was rude and hung up.
