I was told there wouldn't be a fee associated with 2 of the 4 phones we purchased. We came to AT&T from Verizon to lower our monthly bill and were told an estimated monthly bill and now being charged more. We were also told we would get 4- $100.00 gift cards for switching over and then told after we purchased the phones and switched over that that offer was no longer available. There was a lot of misinformation when we signed up and we are very unhappy with the results

If I could give zero stars I would do that. Awful customer service and execution of sales and parking new phones for Christmas. Shut down current phones for those on the account after buying new phones as gifts, so mayhem ensued with everyone being cut off.

I paid my bill at 1936 south road Poughkeepsie NY at 12 on November 4 and my phone wasnt turn on until 5 30 due to me needing to go back to let the manager know what happened. The manager had to take the cashier box in to the back to count money. I know their new employee tried to take my money into their own pocket. I never had this experience before my phone normally back on five or less minutes later. The manager was very polite and understanding and help me a lot. I do appreciate the manager business and helpfulness. But for that employee was wrong

If I could leave zero stars I would. Went in to reactivate a pre-paid phone which would be at most $35. Manager said she could add it to my contract and after looking says it would only be $5 more a month, what a lie that was ! Not only did she change my plan to a new plan but all discounts I previously had I lost and bill went up $70.After returning two times to the store there is nothing that can be done except for me to call the call center tomorrow to cancel my service in hopes I will get my old plan price back. Please if you go in this store and the manager is the one thats going to help you cut your loses short and walk away. This store should be ashamed that their manager can be this bad at her job! They really need to reevaluate because their are other employees that are way more qualified and helpful then that.

Unhelpful and was lied to by an associate. Eddie made it clear he didn’t want to help, telling me it’s been a long day with attitude. The original person I started to talk to was super nice and friendly. I got nothing but bad attitude and bad vibes from him. He shut down every option presented even going back on an option that I was originally told. While helping me, he went to help another customer who was waiting and I was watched their interaction, I could tell he was giving that customer attitude as well, and was making faces when the customer was unsure of the situation they were in.
I left and went to a different ATT and purchased two iPhone 16s without any issues at all. This is the 3rd time I’ve stopped at this store, and every time it’s been a negative experience.
I’ll ensure I recommend others to go to a different and more helpful store and to not waste their time here

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Don’t use this store. Manager super disrespectful. I watched as two customers in front of me walk out on her. Then I did. Horrible.

The lady who speaks Spanish didn't help me, she wanted a receipt for the purchase and said she couldn't because the computer wasn't responding. He never asks his co-workers for help, because perhaps they can solve it.

Terrible service, Anthony doesn't know how to explain things in detail, they added things to my bill that I didn't even ask for. I talked to the manager,Mark, he didn't solve anything for me and the only thing he said was "I'm sorry", I do not recommend this store.
