The Caliber of artwork that is shown at the juried National Shows is of such high quality, that it is always a pleasure to attend Barrett openings.
Barrett Art Center (BAC) hosts critically-acclaimed national juried contemporary art exhibitions and programs in a landmark Greek Revival townhouse to provide spaces for the exploration of emerging ideas in visual art. Always free and open to the public—so there are no financial barriers to access— BAC’s arts programming engages with its community; we strive to be an open, inclusive, and equitable place where all feel welcome. Accessible by train from NYC on the Metro North Railroad's Hudson Line, BAC is a seven block walk from the station.
