I came into the Poughkeepsie GaI came into the Poughkeepsie Galleria tonight and stopped in to see the new Christmas scents. There was a lovely young (Ali) salesperson behind the register who stood out to me because she was taking her time and explaining sales and reward points to an older lady, and I wish that there were more people like her that took the time during this holiday season to show respect to our elders and explain to them in a fast-paced world. It could be confusing to them, but she really took her time and just was amazing to see that there are still young people like that today.

went to the store on 11/25/23, the women said the body lotion I was looking at was part of the buy 3 get 1 free, which is posted all over the store but when I paid it was no longer but 3 get 1 free, only $4 mists, so I ended up paying more, kinda disappointed. Understandable it’s a black Friday deal but should be taken down or have employees worn customers ahead instead of promoting the deal to me.
