I came to this Best Buy to get the battery replaced on my iPhone 14 Pro, as they are an Apple Certified Repair Center. The ONLY bright spot of my visit was the service I received from Gabe, one of their advisors. Gabe was extremely patient with me as we worked out an issue we were having with AppleCare on my device. After finally getting everything sorted out, I was told that the battery replacement would take no more than 2 hours. What I wasn't expecting was for trained repair technicians to BLOW UP A PHONE. I wasn't even allowed to see my phone afterwards, which was the really upsetting part. All I wanted was a battery replacement, and now I have a migraine because there apparently wasn't any attention to detail, up to the point where, while I was given a loaner device until a refurbished (kind of ridiculous in and of itself) phone can be shipped, the loaner device I was given wasn't even updated, which resulted in even more headaches setting it up. I would absolutely NOT recommend this location for ANY repairs, especially if they can't exercise care with something as simple as a phone battery.

Poor service. Really dont know how they stay in business. Always have to find someone to help me. Don't know if it's just because I'm a female or if everyone has a poor work ethic. No wonder so many opt for Amazon these days.

I don’t know there’s a Best Buy here in Wappingers Falls weeks ago, and since we were looking for something to connect my laptop to the projector, my wife and I found it on the Google maps, and we get a HDMI cable easily. But I didn’t take any photos there, sometimes I would upload a few pictures here when I go there.

On January 17th I call to schedule an appointment for my business laptop. My laptop power cord died, which intern caused the battery to die. The person at Best Buy scheduling set up an appointment for Monday January 20th.
I was told that they would need the power cord and the laptop. The Tech would order the battery. Then they would do the repair. Luckily I received the power cord on January 20th.
I get to my appointment, the tech opens the laptop, writes on a post it note the battery specs and hands everything back. Tells me they won't need the power cord, I should order the battery and make another appointment.
What an entire waste of my time!
Thank goodness for local computer repair shops, like JK Techs in Beacon New York.

Opened a Best Buy Credit Card account on Dec 18th. Was told They were running a special promo with 24 months no interest and 20 percent cash back. The sales guy was really motivated to sell me the best buy blanket warrantee for my purchases, which I agreed to. Went into the store today to ask a question and found that I was misled and I was only put down for 24 months no interest, as they only offered one or the other. Manager was no help, and was told to call Citi if I wanted to change it to 20 percent off, Citi "might" be able to do it. After talking to three representatives in the Citi credit card Department, being put on hold three separate times, and being bounced to the generic bestbuy line 3 times, I finally Got a representative who told me I needed to bring the items back, refund them, and repurchase them to exchange the rewards. This is not possible for me to do, since it's after Christmas. Do not recommend the BestBuy credit card and Do NOT trust the salesmen. I would gladly report him to management, but they don't put associate IDs or names on the receipts so I don't have the guys name.
