I have had two stove orders canceled. One at 4:27 PM the night before supposed to arrive. You are not allowed to contact any of the sales representatives from local store. No way no how. Only way can speak rep from your local store is go in person. Otherwise you go to call center in Panama who totally messed up my order and caused second stove mess up. I am going to cancel order shop somewhere you can actually speak to a local representative. I do not recommend Best Buy on any level. There is no customer service.

WAITED FOR 14.50 2 TALK TO COMPUTER TECH THAN THEY TRANSFERRED ME TALK TO COMPUTER GEEK , THAN I HUNG UP. SHOULD NEVER BOUGHT COMPUTER FROM BEST BUY.??

I will NEVER buy again from Best Buy. Their return policy means I'm out $129 for being a week late to return (my bad to not carefully read). I was about to spend a few hundred on some small appliances but with this , I won't spend a dime there again!.

I purchased an open box "excellent" tv from this location, I was unable to see as the sales associate told me i had to order it online and then they could bring it out. I played along ordered it, it came out wrapped in bubble wrap. no power cable, no stand no remote. I didnt think of anything of it as it was an open box. took the tv home, it had a damaged screen but when it turned on it was working fine. Fast forward to 5 month's later the tv screen went out. I went to the store asked about the problem they told me it discontinued and had to be replace with a new tv. Okay no big deal, i bought another open box that was in the box and assurred that it was working. i got it home didnt even take it fully out of the box plugged it in, shockingly the tv was broken. went back they tried to tell me "its your fault for breaking it. But we will replace it for you this once." So they sold me a brand new tv told me i have to call geek squad they told me they need to send someone to look at it and confirm its broken and then i would be refunded. So now here we are 15 calls later 14 hang ups from geek squad, and 1 person telling me it on the store i have to go back there.The so call manager of the store, Right off the back she had an attitude problem. She was absolutely no help as she was more concerned on texting and pushing off the blame on me. I explained everything multiple times and she just kept walking away. She told me to call geek squad and deal it with and tell them that she wasnt giving me anything and told me to save my breathe on call her district manager because she going to tell him not give me anything so that i can leave "im done wasting time on you"This is by the far the worst customer service i ever dealt with. I have worked as a retail manager for 10 years never in my life have i ever pulled out a cell phone and started texting in front of an irate customer. Absolutely unbelievable spends thousands of dollars in best buy a year and now i will not be returning, i know it has no impact but unbelievable that the walmart near me has better customer service then this bestbuy

I walked into this Best Buy on Black Friday. There were lines everywhere but everyone seemed to be in good spirits. One of the employees saw my family walking around, asked if they could help us and walked with us to get our items and rang us up. We were in the store less than 20 minutes. Loved it.

Misinformation abounds with the in-store associates. I purchased a computer not in stock with the promise it would be delivered in 4 days. No computer and no tracking. Local store in Poughkeepsie, which is 25 miles away, is not answering phone inquiries and the national answering service can't track the order since they show it was purchased. There is a lot more about this order. I am returning my entire order for the parts I received and cancelling the rest of my order. The depths of the incompetence is breathtaking.

The only brick-and-mortar store left to buy electronics and appliances.In general, there is a wide selection of late products, the service is good, the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Returns are easy. Geek squad is a plus.Prices may not be as competitive when compared to these offered by web retailers.

Got a washing machine that would fit down my basement steps. It's was the best $120 I ever spent for delivery, installation, and removal of old until. Delivery guys were exceptional. Salespersons we're very helpful.

I went to meet with the gentleman who sold me my last major Appliance. Unfortunately, that person is no longer with the organization so Tom assisted me. I did not walk out with the range that our HOME needed but Tom assisted with smaller items to maintain the ones I currently have.

I couldn't be more disappointed with my recent experience purchasing a dishwasher from Best Buy. What was supposed to be an exciting addition to our kitchen turned into a nightmare. From the moment of delivery to the countless hours wasted on customer service calls, this has been the worst purchasing experience I've ever had. Would highly discourage anyone buying any significant appliances from best buy given how poor the customer services when something doesn't go according to plan.To begin with, I received a voicemail notifying me that the dishwasher would be delivered a week earlier than expected two days prior to the new delivery date. I tried to switch the date back to the original date I had set but was unable to get connected. Although this was a big inconvenience to my husband we made it work. The delivery personnel arrived on time and installed the dishwasher promptly which was great. This I found out later was third party company. After they left, the dishwasher flooded in my kitchen just ten minutes later, caused by a defective dishwasher they had installed. The gasket was broken.I called Best Buy's customer service, hoping for a quick resolution to this mess, hoping the service workers would just be able to come back, fix it, or replace it. Instead, I was met with indifference and bureaucratic red tape. They informed me that they couldn't do anything until the "work order" was closed out, a process that would take 24-48 hours but they could not return the instillation personnel because the ticket was closed as well. Meanwhile, my kitchen was soaking wet, and my frustration was mounting.When I requested to speak to a manager, I was met with resistance, and I had to endure another hour of waiting before finally connecting with one. Unfortunately, the manager's response was equally disappointing. He brushed off my concerns and claimed there was nothing they could do. This lack of empathy and accountability from Best Buy was infuriating.Desperate for a solution, I reached out to the third-party installation company, who promptly sent workers back to my house. They discovered that the gasket on the dishwasher was broken, and did not understand why best buy simply did not notify the workers directly.I was told a manager would reach out to discuss redelivery and was informed the instillation cost would be waived. However, what followed was a text message with a random delivery date and time, set three weeks away from the instillation date, without any consideration for my availability. I called again to see if this could be moved up, but no luck getting through. The total disregard for my time and patience was infuriating and utterly unprofessional.In conclusion, my experience with Best Buy has been nothing short of a time waste. Today, I was able to speak with a gentleman who was able to get me a refund for the instillation cost which honestly doesn't feel like enough after the many hours spent on this issue. Each representative was nice and polite but the overall policies and practices are not meant to help the consumer. leading their customer service to incompetence, and a complete lack of accountability.I strongly advise against using Best Buy for any appliance purchases, as they have demonstrated a blatant disregard for their customers' satisfaction and well-being. Save yourself the headache and frustration, and look elsewhere for your appliance needs if possible

On-line purchase expedited getting my purchase & being able to use it same day. Time was not wasted searching it out in-store & waiting in a line. Sales Rep Jeff assisted me the minute I walked in the door, scanned my code, and handed me my product. Easy peasy.
