I recently bought my X5 in for a rattle, Joe was my service manager his concern for my issue was much appreciated. He took his time to listen he even set up a test drive with the mechanic so I could describe my issue. Thanks to his foward thinking my issue was resolved. He also kept me updated throughout the day and set up a convenient time to pick up my car. The mechanic as well did an excellent job. Thank you.

I referred several friends to this dealership for service and they all agree this locations service is much better than others. Receptionists are always friendly. Performed quick and quality work on my car. The communication was great.

I recently had my third yearly service and inspection at this dealership and once again was extremely pleased with the quality of the service. The service reps, Chase and Althea, were professional and explained every thing clearly. Also a big plus is that they kept me notified on the progress of the work being done via text message multiple times. The only negative comment I have is the scheduling via an AI assistant. I commented on this and the reps said they are thinking of getting rid of it. I hope so. Other than that you can't go wrong with the service dept here. They know their stuff.

Althea and Amanda, Service writers were excellent staff. Anytime when I wanted more clarification they gladly walked to their shop in the other building. I know Amanda for about 2 yrs now and she is my main contact. Althea is fairly new to me because other people also cover the service bay.
There was no video to show the customer about why tire balancing and alignment needed. My Dodge dealer shop has it which helps to convince the customers the uneven wearing of tires especially when new X3 with low mileages.

Dealership has a policy of charging customer too much for registation and then holds the refund for 60 days before returning it to the customer. It has been 49 days and i am still waiting. That has never happened to me before Owner does not care that customer is upset. poor way to run a business
