Horrible customer service at this store. 2-3 employees run this store with only 1 cashier open. There are 8-10 people behind me in line and the people being rung up have 3 full carts of stuff. Burlington Coat Factory and all the other multi-million or billion dollar a year corporations have really gotten so ridiculous with not providing bags anymore and having no staff in their stores to help people. This is why Amazon is putting most of you out of business.

Most times I've been, there's a long line. However, they have a great selection and some excellent staff.

Never anymore than 2 or 3 people on the registers. Employees are very slow and no sense of care. Literally walked out of the store the last 2 times I was there because the line was ridiculous. Place is also a mess. Worst Burlington I’ve been to. Clearly management doesn’t care.

Poorly ran store. There is always a long line and either one or 2 cashiers. I understand you can't make people work however then that means the store is running unsuccessfully. I shouldn't be in the store for 40 min for 2 items that I didn't have to search for. That is ridiculous. And I actually had to put my stuff back because I had to leave to pick up the kids from school. I asked for them to please call another cashier and they ignored me. As I was leaving I see the manager standing by the front door adjacent from the registers and she never said a word. HORRIBLE!!!!

Beware of buying clothes from here. I purchased these 2 pairs of pants on April 27th. The zipper broke on the one after wearing a couple of times. And a hole was in the other. I threw them out. Never again...

My son hot a beautiful Calvin Klein jacket for less than $50 bucks. Pleather for sure but very nice with a ton of pockets. He said it's nice on the cold days we've had. Said it was super toasty warm (or hot) while shopping.

I hadn't been to this Burlington location and was in the area,so I stopped in.
Ended up spending an hour looking thru the clothing and housewares. Very large collection of women's and juniors clothing. Wasn't too impressed with the clothing tops, but did find some good deals on summer linen pants and jeans. I do wish they'd have more womens shorts and a larger homegoods section. Some decent deals in the homegoods section. The fitting rooms were a good size and clean from unwanted clothes. Employees I encountered while shopping, in fitting room area and check out were polite and helpful.
I'll definitely stop in again for some good deals.
