My mom was called by Chase to personally go to the bank because there was a problem with her account. The teller was so awful, her tone of voice was rude, as soon we stated the problem, she told her we shouldn't be there, that was handled over the phone and when I tried to explain my mom's issue obviously frustrated, she basically told me to shut up. She was so condescending and not nice, I asked for another staff and she refused stating she was the manager. Going to the other Poughkeepsie branch hoping for a better experience, I am sad they closed Hyde Park never received such a treatment.

No ATM inside the building. Just one outside for drive through. Outside ATM only has $20 bills. Building isn’t updated to the more modern Chase brick and mortar style. It’s inside a shopping lot so plenty of parking.

I have never had a worse experience at a bank than i did today i tried calling to leave a complaint and was hung up on and this isn’t something i would normally do but the amount of nastiness and disrespect i experienced in this facility today baffled me. My tellers name was Claudia and from the moment i walked up she was extremely rude. I had gotten my card stolen and have a replacement on the way so i provided my ID instead, she refused to cash my check and belittled me for not having my chase debit card on me and gave me a hard time to try to take money out of my account. She also was trying not to take my ID due to me giving her a different address for my account so she can access it which is not the address on my ID due to me moving. She was completely unprofessional and honestly my whole experience today makes me not want to bank with Chase again!!

I never review anything, but I've had this horrible experience in my mind for months now and I have never felt such racism against me ever. I'm hispanic and I had my 2 year old son with me that morning when I got in line, there were 2 bank tellers, a woman and a white male in his 40´s (maybe not sure go the age), I waited my turn and then proceeded to the male bank teller. I asked for a print out of my bank statements of last year (weren't that many since I was new at chase last year), he then said to step aside and wait until he is done with EVERY customer in line. so I waited, people kept coming in and my son was not too happy at that point... I went back in line after 25 stressful minutes of waiting and I said to him, there is no more people, he proceeded to tell me to continue waiting because someone ¨JUST WALKED IN¨... I never felt so angry, I went back to sit down and this younger lady walked out of a door and I stopped her and asked her if she could help me, she nicely said yes... IT TOOK HER 4 MINUTES TO GET MY INFO AND PRINT OUT THE STATEMENTS.... the man saw this and offered my son a lollipop... I was disgusted at this point... I promise I will go back and read his name off his name tag if he is still there.

making life difficult avoid visiting this location the manager Is even more rude has a pathetic attitude towards chase customers.
humbly suggest he needs some extra training of customer service.

This is the worst branch in the Hudson Valley. The ATM never works, and the customer service is horrible.

I swear to goodness this Chase bank is the absolute worst bank. Their ATM is always down. If not completely it's limited to what it can do. And nobody wants to go inside to handle simple transactions. Now I have to go 15-20 minutes out of my way. This is a nightmare. And it's like this all time. You are taking a very big gamble trying your luck here. The reps are nice but it's small and can get a bit crowded. All I wanted to do was make a deposit and go home. But no I'm off to yet another chase bank that I know will be up and running and if it's not you'll see another review similar to this posted 20 minutes from now. Please Chase fix your atm services. I'm close to moving my business account to WellsFargo

Our aunt passed away and my husband was trying to handle business and close her account as instructed by our aunt. It has not been easy 3 weeks later and have not gotten anywhere with the process. I know businesses are short staff and all but wow, this is unacceptable. We have been members off this bank for over 15years

The website and hours on the door say the branch is open until 2pm and you go there and there's a sign that says it's closed. Change the hours on the website so people don't waste their time going there before the branch shuts.

It's not often that people review banks, but the few times I frequented this location was delightful. The teller was engaging, mature and competent. Also, the Vanessa Williams looking Supervisor, maybe Manager was really polite and seemed to remember me despite my lack of visits. They have a solid operation.

I visited this location today and found most staffs were changed. Everyone were so friendly and greeted customers in smile. I came to the location to wire money. The product manager Sunhair was very nice and knowledgeable. She helped me through the process and offered extra benefit for my account. I did appreciate that.

I am a small business owner in the same plaza. The tellers gave me hard time every time my wife and I went there depositing money. The eye contact looks like we were not a customer but a prisoner. I wish I could move to other banks. The conclusion I can make is this bank doesn't welcome small business. The teller doesn't want to do daily deposit for small business.
