Very clean, spacious and convenient Courtyard franchise. Ample parking space. Staffs were courteous and helpful. Im speechless for how great this courtyard is.

Nice rooms, clean, efficient. Weird that the bar restaurant closes at 10 pm. And not all on the menu was available. What was the use in handing us a menus.Rooms: Nice comfortable large bed ? Kingsize.

Location is not convenient. Staff was not hospitable and rude.I walked all the way across the property to my room and key did not work. Had to walk all the way back to the front desk and no apologies, plus asking me questions what I did to caused the key to malfunction. What????I'm a Hilton honors member and I usually don't stay at a Marriott. I guess this is why. I'm treated with respect at Hilton. Never again .

The person at the front desk changed the name of my Marriott bonvoy account after I explicitly told him not to. This made my future reservations very difficult and I had to call a support number to change it back. Just disrespectful and underhanded.

First room looked like either someone was staying there or the cleaning service had started ripping sheets off the bed and then left. The second room was clean. However the TV did not work. The heat was stuck on ac. The handle on the bathroom faucet literally broke off in my kid's hand and we brushed our teeth in the rub for rest of our stay. Staff was really nice. Offered us breakfast.

Stayed for 5 nights and although they said we'd have housekeeping, housekeeping entailed replacing towels and room was never cleaned. I left an ereader tablet in room and spoke to front desk and they had it. They promised to express it and I gave address and credit card but never received it. I called daily and every day they promised to find out where it was and call me me back but no one ever returned call. Twice they put me on hold and never returned. It's been 3 weeks of daily calls and I've yet to be able to talk to someone who can help me. They had reader they day I left and now no one knows anything about it. When there they apologized for being understaffed but no excuse for not returning calls.

The hotel was outdated with a color palette in the hallways left over from the early 1980s, with only a single elevator for a large floor-plan. We asked to be moved to the first floor to avoid having to walk 3/4's of the way around the second floor with our luggage cart. The hallways were filthy and did not appear to have been vacuumed for several weeks. There were laundry bundles in the hallway outside rooms well beyond time for the cleaning staff to collect and process them. One of the two luggage carts had a broken axle. The rooms we stayed in has recently been updated in corporate neutral grey-pewter-white. The door to our bathroom creaked as if it had been installed improperly. I reported both issues on check-out. The clerk at check-in was cordial and efficient and was new to a customer-facing role. Good for her! Another staff member was abrupt when we asked about availability of the Bistro. "No bistro. Our person quit." We told her about 24x7 coffee at a nearby Courtyard, she said "That would be nice" and walked off. I understand the staffing challenges hoteliers have these days, but bad manners reflect inadequate training. Not really up to my usual experience with the Courtyard brand. Local owner-operator needs to up its game.

They charged us for internet; we were never told that there were 2 ways to get online, and that one way would generate a charge. We were there 2 nights. No maid service. We were never told that if you want maid service you have to REQUEST it. Room was laid out super weird. 5 couples stayed there and we all agreed, all rooms were BIZARRE! Bed location was against a wall that I’ve literally never seen in my life, as it faced a window. Very awkward to get around. Room and bathroom were apparently designed by the winner of the “Ugly and bland” contest. Aesthetically cold, and just “BLAH”. Would not recommend.

Seven of us began a five-day bike ride to NYC at the Marriott Poughkeepsie. Shantel & the staff of the hotel were very accommodating, allowing us to put our bikes in our rooms and most importantly, allowing us to leave our cars in their parking lot for several days. The hotel was clean, quiet and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend to bikers and others in the area. And I never leave reviews! Outstanding place.

I am giving 5 stars because when we stayed here in March 2023 the hotel was undergoing some renovations. When we returned in August 2023, the renovations had been completed and the hotel looked beautiful. The rooms on both occasions were spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The location of this hotel was above-and-beyond convenient for the purpose of our trip, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Checked in our rooms. They were really clean. Went to get some food and drinks at the bar. And the bartender was really nice and welcoming. She gave great recommendations and was very very kind. Hope to stay here again because the customer service off the roof!
