I spend a stunning amount of money here. With 5 boys I always need something. Today I stopped in and decided I'd grab a pair of NB sneakers for my son they only had 1 pair of the ones we liked in his size and they were the display pair of course. So naturally upon check out being that it was on display and the only ones I did ask if they could do anything about the price. Lol I got shut down before a manager was even asked then when I asked if they could ask a manager the manager responded so quickly it was crazy. It is what it is but I Normally don't have these issues with this store they have done this in the past once or twice its ok I did got my points and a 10 reward but the customer service here is definitely slipping nowadays.

A huge thank you to JOE in the baseball department today. I’m a new mom to baseball with no clue on baseball gloves. Joe took his time explaining how to properly care for and break in my sons new glove. He was kind, patient, and extremely informative. I will definitely come back thanks to Joe!

Needed track spikes for my son, had to go to Poughkeepsie to get them but I was able to visit the store in Middletown and have the other store hold them for me so my son would be able to run in his meet. Nothing bad I can honestly say about the franchise, get my sneakers here was well.

We bought a new pair of Nike sprinting sneakers today, prepaid via the app. The box was missing the Nike carrying bag which comes with the shoes. We asked that they remedy the situation by taking the bag from another box or the display. The employees and manager were completely dumbfounded and refused to meet the request. Their excuse was that couldn’t do that because the next customer wouldn’t get the bag. HELLO! - what about the customer in front of you who doled out the cash already?! I love DSG. This is definitely a one off, but I hope this review results in some common sense training.

disappointed in the packaging as well as their sale items, used! deodorant stains! packaging was thrown in a fed ex package without wrapping or protection being that it is a light color, sad for the amount of money it was.
