I came to the store on September 20th 10 minutes before closing to buy a pair of boots for my mothers birthday, I knew exactly which boots I wanted to buy which is why I went last minute because I wasn’t going to hold anyone up, the boots were just right in front of the store at the entrance I didn’t even need to go to the aisles to find the boots. The lady working there just scoffed in my face and shut the gate on me I didn’t know they close 10 minutes before their actual time

Nice shoe store. Paid a nice amount of money on a pair of boots. What ruined it was after paying the cashier, she pushed the box towards me and walked away. I asked for a bag and another young woman answered with an attitude and said, "we are going bagless but, here you go" and pushes a bag towards me and walks away. 1- Maybe management can educate the staff that are checking out the customers some proper etiquette. 2-How is a customer supposed to walk around the mall with an open box of shoes/boots? Completely ridiculous. We are still paying the same price, stop being so cheap, the customer is entitled to a bag!

Diana was fantastic! She went above and beyond the call of duty! She helped me find sizes that I hadn't seen and also assisted me with my online order. And the whole time she was smiling and happy. I was so impressed at her level of commitment and enthusiasm for her retail job! Please promote her to manager!

When there's a decent selection, you can't go wrong here. Most of the shoes offered carry a wide range, enough to fulfill your interests. We've shopped here for many years buying shoes throughout time which is always not an issue, but pricing can be a hassle while making decisions. Something that would be beneficial is making more room for customers to get on by, especially when trying on shoes. Also, for a nice variety, DSW offers handbags and accessories.

Called Sunday 4pm to see if they had 2 Merrell Nova hiking boots in a specific size, they said yes. Drove an hour to get to the store and they said they don't have them but they can order them online. Bait and switch. Stay away.
