This afternoon around 2:00. I bought an iced coffee at the driver's window. Because I didn't pay attention to the order window. Went straight to the last take-out window. The cashier was a young woman with curly hair and slightly darker skin. She didn't say hello to me. He said in a very impatient tone that you should go to the previous window. I told her very carefully that I needed an iced latte. She didn't ask me my size. Without saying anything, he slammed the window shut. I waited a while. She asked me for my credit card. But she didn't give me any receipts. I asked her what size my coffee was. She said medium, and I said I could have a large one. She asked me three more times in a disrespectful, contemptuous and offensive tone. Huh? Huh? Huh? I answered her three times. Then she closed the window again. Didn't say everything. She didn't come back and shut the door and went somewhere else. All I can do is wait. Then a white lady opened the window and she was very kind. It makes me feel relaxed. Ask me what size my coffee is. When I said large, she said you changed the size? I said no. Because the young lady in the beginning she didn't ask me for anything. Finally the friendly lady gave me my coffee. Although there is no label information on the coffee. But I don't mind. I don't understand why you're upset. If you don't like your job. Why do it? You can leave it to someone who needs work. You're responsible for what you did. You represent the image of the store and no one wants to see you serving customers negatively and unkindly. I'm never coming back to this store. Very unpleasant experience.

The first visit they got my order wrong. The second visit after giving my order I waited and waited. When they asked me why I was hanging around the counter I told them I was waiting for my order. They asked me what it was and made it on the spot. I could have said anything but I didn't. The coffee was acceptable but fair, but the service is dismal. The drive up service is better so I've heard.

On the 30th of May at 6:15am , my son got a large coffee , it was the worst coffee we ever had!! It was bitter, dull , we won't be coming back!

Horrible service. I ordered a bagel with butter and a large coca mocha signature latte hot. Bagel was dry and I was given an iced drink when I said hot. Attendant rolled his eyes and asked me to pull forward so the could make my new drink and not hold up the line. Sure. No problem at all. I pull to the front and about 10 minutes later the attendant come out. He hands me a medium drink and it’s a complete mess. I told him I ordered a large (clearly indicated on the label on the cup…) he gets huffy with me and turns to go back in. Knowing I can’t wait another 10 minutes I just take the drink. So nearly $8 later I take my messy medium and dry bagel and leave.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS! YOU ARE BEING RIPPED OFF!I refuse to patronize this place ever again, all over $1.25.That's how much was added to my order for "1 Cup of Water" even though I did not order a cup of water. I assumed the addition of a cup of water to my order was a mistake, so I drove back around and went through the drive thru line again to point it out.Turns out it wasn't a mistake. When I asked why I was being charged for a cup of water I did not order, the associate at the drive thru window informed me that I was being charged this "Cup of Water" fee because of "inventory depletion." She said this was true at this location for any "non-signature" drinks, i.e., coffee, tea, espresso, water, etc. Hot or cold, didn't matter, it was going to cost an extra $1.25, unless I changed my order to whatever a "signature" drink is, none of which is evident anywhere on the menu, nor was I told I would be charged extra for the cup, or that if I had my own cup I could "save" money. This was a deliberately hidden fee and I wouldn't have noticed had I not asked for a receipt, which is itself strange because the other associates usually hand me a receipt when they give me back my card. But the associate at the window did not give me a receipt or ask me if I wanted one; I had to request a receipt, which I can only assume was withheld in order to perpetuate the deception.Bottom line: the issue is not the amount of money I was overcharged. The issue is that this franchise is deceiving their customers in order to squeeze an extra $1.25 out of every order for plain old drinks. Multiply that by however many customers order plain old drinks at the drive thru without ever looking at their receipts and you get the idea. You might just think to yourself, "Oh, I guess inflation caused the price of my drink to go up again." But no, you're being charged a separate undisclosed fee for the cup your drink came in for reasons that do not hold water (pun totally intended).F this place, man.

Very good DD. Busy station and lots of cars. Fast drive thru and nice customer service. Love the grilled cheese with extra cheese. Need the extra to make it really gooey good.

Not to sound like a Karen. I never post reviews but this place is awful. Terrible service. Always rude. Always messes up my order. Today I got a cold egg sandwich and they had nothing I ordered. Feels like I payed actual money for garbage.

Another lame location. Super slow, rude, and rarely correct. Save yourself some aggravation, take the time and go to Dunkin on 55 by Arlington or Myers Corners Rd.
