Before walking into this dealership, I had been researching our next car for well over a year - from the exact make and model, to the ins-and-outs of negotiating. After being taken advantage of at another dealership when I was younger, I walked into this dealership with fighting gloves to make sure we got not only the best deal possible, but a fair one.
About fifteen minutes into speaking with everyone there, I realized I had found a literal gem of a dealership, and no one had any intentions of being anything but honest, open, and transparent. Anthony took us for a test drive and let us know *exactly* what we were interested in buying, and Mitch ran countless numbers for us to make sure we got the best price and were 100% comfortable with our payments. This is what a dealership should be and my family and I will likely only work with them on vehicle purchases moving forward.

Shannon, D and Frank were all amazing. I wanted a specific color Telluride and they found it! They were very responsive, professional and accommodating. The best car buying experience I have ever had. I would definitely recommend Dutchess KIA.

Someone is asleep at the wheel at Dutchess Kia . Received my heated seat faulty switch recall . After a stressful 48 house if trying to get through to them by phone I finally got through and scheduled my appointment for my recall to be addressed. I showed up today on time for them to tell me they no longer have my part. Which I assumed would be there if they scheduled me to come in at the stated time. So why wasn’t I told not to waste my time and not come in? Why wasn’t the part saved for me knowing I was coming in today . Why because the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing.
A few years ago Chrysler and Jeep had a gas tank problem after many appointments with they could not fix it. They opted to change out my gas tank, I guess the gas in my tank went to waste. The new gas tank had no gas. The never adjusted the gauge so with no gas and I had to be towed when I ran out of gas.

Bought a brand new car- has broken twice already and the sales department was no help at all….. Service people were easy to deal with- but they are overloaded, so my BRAND NEW car can’t be fixed for a month.
